Start writing here… Cool air breeze crossed my face adjusting my sights making sure it was still on the target. We would only get one chance one shot if I failed, everything would be over just as quick as it started.

“captain viper, the target three hundred meters to are west can you make the shot?” lieutenant brigs always cautious of my work always thinking I’m just going to miss.

“maybe if you could be quiet, we Wouldnt have to worry now would we?” this mission was ridiculous.

Were called vipers were given the hardest missions, in the most dangerous terrain the Chinese have been getting desperate as of late. They and Russia have been planning to attack the U.S in two weeks we were just tipped off with that information. We took two small boats to Jinan then hoofed it to Hohhot but with so many people it's been hard to blend in. We finally were in Beijing now in a ten-story building awaiting for this moment sitting back.

“How many seconds will we have to escape?” brigs checked his watch “once the shot is taken we won’t have long this building will be surrounded then we will have to fight our way down.”

Figures why did we get picked for this just to kill some stupid Russian diplomat would it change everything? if we were figured out it would just bring more cause for them to gang up and attack us. Taking a puff of the smoke inhaling it as my throat burned blowing it out as birds flew by.

“Arm the explosives were out in five” as brigs walked away looking back through the scope getting the diplomat into the reticle steadying my breathing flexing my index finger

“sleep tight.”

Pulling the trigger the gun kicked back, as it exploded watching through the reticle the bullet hit the man square in the forehead his brains shot out covering the wall. smiling to myself leaving the gun their brigs brought in the body sitting it in my chair.

“that should throw off the scent from the dogs don’t you agree captain” it was a well-thought plan hopefully, it all goes to plan. Grabbing my weapon flipping out the stock putting our masks on

“kill the lights Briggs”

He flipped the switch a loud explosion shook the building all of the power went out screams were sounding through the whole building “that should have done it lets go”

Brigs took point we quickly came into the hall as the night vision goggles helped with the sight.

“stick close Brigs there going to be on top of us soon I can feel it” walking to the elevators they should have been off prying the door open as brigs watched our flank as they opened looking down.

“We will repel to the basement then meet up with the rest of the viper team ready” setting up the repel rope we hooked on going down “this was to easy captain why?”

Gripping the rope repelling down farther “not sure we will have to just go with good luck.”

Getting down near the bottom two lights were shining up. Stopping in our tracks pointing our guns down hearing a familiar voice “captain hurry down its all taken care of down here” Gus, he is our communications expert, repelling to the bottom Gus stood there with his mask on then to his left was Jakens are demolitions expert.

“we nearly shot you Gus don’t be stupid is the car ready?” Gus straightened up saluting me.

“yes, sir. The civilian vehicle is close we will be out soon” walking past him as we all walked to the vehicle lights came on immediately from behind

“what how that’s impossible?” taking off our goggles quickly “dongjie” turning around holding our hands up

“three officers stood there were one Russian two Chinese “Jakens I hope you had the contingency plan in place” laughter filled the room.

“Sorry captain” as he took out his pistol pushing it against my skull.

“I promise this isn’t personal but they offered me a lot more then the U.S could ever give me” biting my lip was this all but a ruse did they sacrifice that Russian just to catch us in the act.

“Come on Jakens take the gun off of captains head, we can talk about this” Gus so forgiving and trustworthy

jakens took the gun away hearing the trigger pull the echo ringed around the room as Gus fell onto the floor, the back of his skull was shattered blood spilled out filling the floor.

“Monster, you would kill your own brother’s what is wrong with you? Jakens turning around quickly disarming him as brigs shot the three guards. Wrestling with him on the floor

“it’s over jakens” rolling away brigs unloaded his mag right into him. Breathing heavy standing up

“were compromised we have to go” getting around the corner can’t we take them with us” looking back to their body’s Gus didn’t deserve this

“we cant if they knew we would be here we don’t have much time” brigs took the wheel, getting in the passenger seat.

“Get us out of here brigs fast!” as he drove through the security gate there were cop cars waiting for us, we drove through the street tapping on the earpiece.

“This is viper squid we have one KIA and another who is rouge that is now KIA we are asking for immediate extraction over.” couple minutes later static could barely here

“Roger viper one, we will send Heli immediately, go to extraction alpha.” Grabbing my M16 unloading the mag looking into it.

“I have ten rounds left with one extra clip” loading it back up getting it into position.

“We are ten minutes from the extraction point should be right outside of the city can we make it?” brigs accelerated the car as we drove by people at incredible speeds

“We should be fine captain.” Bullets crashed through the back window we both took cover rolling down my window climbing out sitting down aiming towards the car. We shouldn’t have to endanger civilians but it looks like I don’t have much of a choice in this matter. Holding down the trigger doing my best to control the recoil watching as the bullets shot through there windows the first car slid crashing into a civilian vehicle head-on. The second it started to slide sideways then roll crushing two cars.

Getting back in taking out the dry mag tossing it to my feet putting in a fresh one “that was close viper should you of been so reckless?” looking through the rearview mirror

“no, but they had to get off us or it would have been too hot of an extraction”

“viper squad were approaching on extraction alpha now, what is your eta?” brigs spun the wheel as we skidded sideways going down an ally way

“were two minutes out”

civilians quickly darting out of the way brings nearly hitting several different people “careful friend,” as he stopped the car.

We could see the helicopter it dropped down the ladder. Getting out brigs quickly climbed up getting up a few spots unclipping a grenade then tossing it through the window

“bring me up!”

the pilot gained altitude as the car exploded under me, car parts flying everywhere as a small piece of scrap metal flew by my head. Climbing up all the way brigs extending his hand grabbing onto it as he pulled me into the back taking our seats.

“viper how did you get exposed?” walking up to the pilot

“We had a rat in our midst Jakens shot Gus in the head and was about to turn us in” as we flew outside of Beijing

“captain we will be flying over Wuling sixiu mountains in a half hour just relax from there we have a jet waiting for you to extract you.” Looking out this mission was a huge waste of time wondering how much damage this will cause everybody. Leaning my head back taking out my smokes putting one in my mouth as brigs grabbed the pack

“Thought you were going to quit smoking brigs wats up with that?” he laughed then handed them back “I feel like this is a good time to start again.”

Smiling lighting our smokes taking a large inhale holding it in than blowing it back out opening my eyes looking over the mountains were coming into sight. Crushing the cigarette in my hand.

“How will you escape pilot” he turned around then smiled

“I have my way don’t worry its best we get you out of here” the helicopter was beeping loudly.

“were being locked on hold on tight!” as two rockets flew around us “get us out of here pilot now!”

He did his best to avoid all of the fire opening the side door, manning the fifty Cal on the side. “Captain be careful”

Grabbing on tight looking down could tell roughly where they were shooting from the smoke trails. Getting into position holding down the buttons letting loose as empty casings started to fly out watching the tracers lighting up the dark sky, everything seemed to slow down casings flying over me as the bullets left destruction in its wake. An RPG was heading straight for us.

“hold on tight!”

It struck the side forcing me back holding on tight as we started to lose altitude fast closing my eyes holding on for dear life.

Shaking my head looking around flames swirled around us my head was throbbing pulling my self together just trying to stand but my legs wouldn’t move. What was going on footsteps sounded around me looking around more Chinese soldiers walked around as they fired shots into the pilot then brigs reaching up, but I didn’t have the strength to do anything one of the men walked forward.

“meiguo gou” flipping him off with my hand as he stomped on my hand pushing his gun to my temple.

“ni shule” smiling up to him as blood poured from my face then out of know were his head fell off his shoulders landing in front of me. His body topped over on top of me couldn’t see anything but the rest of the soldiers were in a panic, firing shots everywhere then silence took over as the body was taken off of me a young girl in a kimono stood there with her sword out.

“fuqin zhege ren huozhe” what is she saying my head went limp then passed out.”
