In one of the cheapest places to live in the United Kingdom, Ned and Roy who were old friends managed a little condo.

Smart, jovial, bad fashion sense, terrible smile, great cook, slightly overweight, these are just some of the qualities of Ned. Ned was very hard-working at his boss's company but a tempting promotion put him on the edge of losing his job. He was born on 24 December, 1982 to poor Cockney parents. He excelled greatly in school and in his senior years in highschool, he was voted "Most likely to Succeed," a third time in a roll. His closet was endowed with the numerous trophies and awards he got fr winning science fairs and essay competitions. Ned was unlucky in his size but had a cute face. But never ever ask him to smile...ever...he just never learnt how to.

Cool, muscular, handsome, great smile, lazy, selfish, horrible horrible cook, Roy made an unlikely friend to his Cockney companion, Ned. They both knew each oth from childhood. He wasn't from a rich home either but his parents weren't poor too. He was born on 15 August, 1982 but looked years younger than Ned. Roy was just a ne'er-do-well in school as was voted "Most Likely to Fail" five times in a row. This was justified by his criminal record. He was notorious for his bad grades in school too. He grew up believing to join the music industry but didn't make it. He was a boy soprano, a past he would like to forget. Puberty left his voice as just a shadow of the glorious soprano he had. He quit! His octave range wasn't that bad though but never ask him to sing those high notes, he could but it'll be so disturbing to you.

Unlike Bed who faced poverty most of his life, Roy has opportunities to travel around the world. His family went on occasional vacations and he had quite a blast of a childhood especially as the last of four children. Ned's parents had only two, Ned and his elder Sis Liz who lived in Germany.

All his life, Ned had ways wanted to be loved by a girl and finally get his first kiss and I mean ever! He was often teased in school for being a nerd and fat too. They said he'd never be loved by a girl.

Roy just wants redemption. He wants to be successful. He wants to prove to his parents that he's not the numb skull they called him and that he was able to achieve great heights.

Love, marriage and a family are some of the dreams of each guy. They soon decide to get married, how do they go about this? And how do they find true love.

Meet the beautiful Nancy Simmons, Victoria Chang, Winnie, Maria's daughter and even Aimee. They all had major roles to play in the boys's lives. Even Crystal and Lady Merryweather later became very important figures.

Lies, love, betrayal, murder, obsession, depression, drug abuse, suspense, anxiety, lust, envy, hatred and even humor are some of the major themes you'll come across in the book.
