Chapter 1
It was summer. The warm breeze, yellowish everywhere, leaves were falling down on surfaces was so beautiful.Elena lived in Florida with her parents. She was 17. She has a little brother Ash. She was very much close to her mother. They're like best friends. Her father was a business owner. She was quite rich.
She finished her exams and went to Esme's, her grandmother, during summer holidays with Rose, Bella and Ana, her three best friends. Esme was tall, skinny, having long black straight hairs, and beautiful black eyes. Elena and her friends were like to do everything together. They never fought since they met. The understanding in four of them was speechless.
On Tuesday, it was also a one normal morning like everyday. They woke up at 7:00 AM , got brushed and went for morning coffee in hall. Esme's already sitting there reading a book of fiction. Esme was too much into mystery and fiction and adventure. The three of her friends sat around the table and Elena went to the kitchen to grab coffee mugs for them. She served coffee to everyone and they started discussing about where to go today.
"What about shopping", Ana interrupted.
Ana and Elena were closer among all. But other refused for shopping idea. They're thinking and Elena said silently," What about woods. Let's go in Deep Woods today for hiking".
"It'll be great", Ana said.
Rose and Bella agreed too. Suddenly Esme stood up and she told them that they are not going in the woods for anything. Her eyes were widened. She was full of anger, care and fear.
Elena asked her," Why grams ? What happened?"
"Please don't ask me anything regarding this. But you are not going out there." Esme said looking down at the floor.
The four girls were looking at each other. Bella asked," But Why ? What's wrong with it? Why can't we go in there? Why you're looking so worried . Plz tell us."
"Plz tell us grams",Rose interrupted.
"It was about 6 months ago, a lady named Naudia and her 16 years old daughter Greata went to the woods. And they never came back. The investigation is still going on. But no one saw them until then. This is the reason no one goes in there. And that's why I'm telling you not to go in there for hiking or anything."
"What'd happened with them?", Said Ana confusingly.
"That's the question little girl!" Esme said.
Rose said laughing lightly to lighten the situation, "We'll go in there. Find the lost lady and her daughter. And come home safely. You don't worry Granny".
"No,! You're not going in there,!"
"Plz grams, please! We'll come back home safely we promise. Please let us go. We won't go very Deep in there. " Girls were forcing her to give them a permission.
" Fine girls, you can go. But promise me you'll come back before sunset. If you don't I'll give you a bad punishment. Understand?" Esme said smilingly.
