The Wedding Surprise

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today..." begins the priest. Draco looks into Hermione's eyes and you beam at them. At last, the couple you spent years trying to bring together are about to become one till death does them part. A tear rolls down your cheek and you sigh with happiness.

A delicate blush creeps up Hermione's ivory cheeks as she smiles shyly at Draco. You thought Hermione could never look better when you saw her in her periwinkle blue gown at the Yule Ball, but today you have been proved wrong. Soft tendrils of chestnut curls escape Hermione's exquisite updo and frame her lovely face. Her wedding gown, ivory silk, accentuates her shapely waist and elongates her willowy frame. Her peaches-and-cream skin glows, and her amber eyes sparkle and dance.

"I do."

Draco clasps Hermione's hands, the soulful look in his eyes making her want to melt. His eyes roam her face with an expression of such tenderness that their stormy grey become a soft ether. In the audience, Ron and Ginny grin broadly while Harry smiles with a tear in his eye. Narcissa sobs into a scrap of lace while Lucius smiles proudly at his only son. Mr and Mrs Granger's chests heave with emotion. A more perfect day has never been.

"I do."

The priests draws the two close and smiles at the audience.

"Does anyone have a reason why these two shall not wed?"

Suddenly, the cathedral door slams open with a BANG. A gust of wind storms in and a bald man follows, cackling manically.

"AHA!" Lord Voldemort shrieks. "PETRIFICUS TOTALUS!"

Draco slams to the ground, rigid.

"WHAT THE HELL!? HOW-" Harry shouts, jumping to his feet and pulling out his wand.

"NOT SO FAST!" Voldemort cackles. "ACCIO HERMIONE!"

Hermione shrieks as she zooms to Voldemort's outstretched arms.

"SEE YA SUCKAS!" And Voldemort Disapparates into the night air with a scream.
