"Amazing story! I felt the character's up and downs with each page-turning. The apocalyptic future was horrifying and imaginable, which made the story the more thrilling. What I do say is, that I want to know what happens next. The story left me wanting for more and I can't wait to read what happens to Ray and Josiah. Great job, author!"

Gritty Texas Thrills
"This story had the feel of a monster of the week episode from the X-Files. It was fast-paced with lots of action to keep the story moving. It also paused long enough to give the reader a little bit of heartbreak which I think takes a horror/thriller novel like this one to the next level. I felt like I could have a beer with any one of these characters. I knew their story, where they came from, and what they wanted. These characters felt like living, breathing people. My favorite part was the setting. I love Texas and the desert southwest. I could feel the grit between my teeth every time the wind blew across the plains. This writer has a lot of promise and I can't wait to read what he writes next."
