"This is also a great story, along with your others! But this one holds an undeniable interesting main character, which I adore by the way. I noticed a few critiques along the way (trust me, I’m not a very good critic). You repeatedly changed from past tense to present tense, examples: Alijah said. Alijah says. (I also don’t know if it’s intentional or not haha) It’s not really a big deal, but like I’ve said in other reviews, it depicts the time of when this was and if it’s still happening, and all that jazz. I’m not saying it’s bad or anything, a lot of people do it by accident (including professionals, hence why they use editors). Anyway, i didn’t read the whole thing but I plan to considering it really is an amazing story from the few chapters I have read!! Also, not a very big deal, but in the first-ish paragraph of the first chapter, there’s a line that says “Shivering into my feet hit the ground” pretty sure it’s supposed to be shivering until my feet hit the ground, but again I do not want to ruin your story by saying these useless things😅 Have a great day and good luck with your future works!"

I love that you show the impact of her trauma not just on her character but psychologically as well, I think it really adds a deeper layer to the story and makes us sympathize with her and makes her someone to root for. Overall awesome job at building her story! Keep it up!"

"Judging by the title, I expected this to be some super-cliche romance story. I was expecting Alijah to be weak and a bit of a pushover, who needed Mason to come and save her. She wasn't like that at all (and thank god for that!). The cast of characters are both complex and diverse. You can't really get much better than that."
