Unable to stomach even the thought of her being mated to someone else for another second, a large howl passed his lips as his teeth elongated and he all but salivated over her neck, tightening his arms around her waist to keep her in place.
When his teeth finally sank into her skin, his wolf surged completely back to life and he bit down harder, only fuelled harder when she squirmed in his arms, a mixture of pain and pleasure wracking through her body.
When she cried out at the pain, he forced himself to let up slightly, not wanting to cause her any more pain than necessary, yet his teeth still remained pierced into her skin, wanting to make his mark as prominent as possible in case she had anymore doubts.
The next time she wanted to claim that they weren’t mates, she wouldn’t be able to and if she tried, all he had to do was hold a mirror in front of her.
While the easy part was done, they were certainly far from the finishing line.
