Fuc-ing Oblivion, Baby!
"Survival is difficult in this new world, created by scientists who lost control of their serum that ironically was designed to promote life. Instead, the serum mutated, turning humans into mindless zombies and forcing Nature itself to create monstrous creatures bent on destroying humans. Despite his dangerous surroundings, Ethan finds the will and means to survive. He is filled with guilt over the accidental shooting of his best friend and has decided that he deserves a life of solitude. So why does Lixa insist on saving him? Yes, she is attractive with her wild, flowing black hair and her tight shorts that show off her well-muscled thighs. But Ethan sees himself a murderer, not worthy of giving or receiving love. Can Lixa’s patient understanding perhaps change Ethan’s mind? An interesting take on the Apoplectic genre. I don’t find too many End-of-the-World novels on Inkitt. I liked Erhan’s no nonsense attitude, honed by the battles he survived. My favorite character though was Lixa (what a beautiful and exotic name.) At the time of this review there were only two chapters available. (The first three chapters were actually copyright information and detailed plans about the future of the novel.) Here’s hoping Ethan and Lixa survive ...and perhaps cook up a nice romance. "
Days Of Oblivion
"I love the ambition of this story it is settling me to seek it out as if the author is trying to reach out for me as a reader it is somehow grown up story yet it has the aspects of the unleashed animal who must speak the story. Sometimes I am not clear for example the sex of the main character and the shifting of the past into present tenses. But the aim the ambition is like a grand piano which must now play."
