"My overall rating: 4.8/5 stars Loved. Every. Second. Everytime I came back to continue reading I got this overwhelming feeling of getting hooked on the first sentence... Over and over and again! The only things that were missing for me include more descriptions on what happens when Reuben touches someone. Does time pass when he sees inside someone's mind, or does everything happen in one second? Does it feel like a sudden "pop" and then he's in? Does it take a few seconds for everything to form around him? Does it feel like a very vivid dream or dead-on reality? I would also love to know more about Allison's background, but I guess we will see more of her in the next books in the series. Writing style was on point: I usually don't go for third-person stories, but this one was that well written. I am in love with Sally's powers... I have fantasized over having the same abilities multiple times! Would hate to be Reuben or Theo though lol Grammar or spelling mistakes were very minimal to even care, at least for a story published on an online site. Please keep on writing! "

"I couldn't stop reading this book once I started! it was brilliant! I loved it and I would love to buy it. Although if you could make a more eye-catching synopsis, I would suggest you please do. I loved how everything came together in this novel. everyone, even people not involved in the main story, were intertwined with the plotting and how the story ended. very well written in my opinion. Wicked good fun!

"Within this tale is a cast of characters with intensely unique voices and personas; each one radiating their own desires so clearly, you would think they were all written by different people. Their behaviors, their speech patterns, even their thoughts are so independent of one another, it really brings you in to the story. Speaking of story; rich with drama, speckled with dark humor, and spun together with delightful insanity. The plot never lagged or faltered, and the flow was immaculate in build up and conclusion! I am completely and totally impressed with the genuine and incredibly unique concept that was presented; It isn't your average fantasy or young adult or science fiction. This is a riveting, urban legend bordering on cult classic level creepiness. It was an absolute delight to read, I was on the edge of my seat, frantically clicking 'next chapter' with urgency each time there was a pause to the narrative! It does not relieve me enough that there is a sequal - because Imma read the heck out of that too! Thanks for making something that haunted me. I loved it!"

"There was one or two times where I found a spelling error or missed word, but that did not stop me. Oh my god! I was instantly dragged it. It was confusing, but it made since. Every plot twist, turn, and cliff hanger of a chapter kept me on my toes. I love love LOVE this book. "

Hooked

"My friend recommended this to me and I was hooked immediately. The images and voices of these characters come so clearly in my head, which I love. I love seeing from all of these characters points of view, and still the book has a continuous flow. There are some punctuation and grammar mistakes, but not too bad that it's not readable."
