The Mermaid and The Boy
"Oh dear this is great and I really enjoyed it though there is not much chapters posted. But I loved it whatever is there and it got everything! Fantasy, suspense, passion and intriguing. The main character Max is developed well with Ariana and the boy appeared to me some one very close. Well done and the author needs applauds. I recommend this book to one and all. I request the Author to complete the story as soon as possible and eagerly waiting for the rest. Congratulations and all the best. "

The mermaid and the boy
"I really loved your grammar and punctuation and your prologue was actually caught my eye. I really found your book pretty interesting and impressive but still gave you a star less in plot and writing style as your story is not complete yet. So I would be editing it after it is completed. Would be looking forward for your updates and would recommend this book warmly to everyone.^_^"
Had Some Trouble
"I really wanted to get into this story--the writer obviously cares about their characters. And the author has proven the professionalism of being able to listen to criticism; the previous punctuation problem has been completely fixed! With that out of the way I could dive deeper into the story--and though it's much more accessible, I still ran immediately into another issue. Everything is being told to me. At first glance that might sound like a good thing; a storyteller tells stories, no? Around a campfire, yes. This is a book; a good book author *shows* their audience the world, lets the reader SEE and HEAR and TASTE and SMELL and above all FEEL what is happening to the main character as it's happening. The first half of the first chapter was completely Told rather than Shown, as though I was across a coffeetable from the author and they were explaining the story they wanted to tell. It didn't draw me in at all. I look forward to seeing what this author can do with a little seasoning--the raw material is there!"
