Kurai Kage, the fiend hunter, approaches the next possible lead in his search to find the Greater Fiends, beasts that have set in motion plans to usurp mankind's place in the world. A plague has assailed a city, and Kurai, under the alias Kevin, must find the source of the life-sucking ailment.
In a world where great beasts have set into motion the fall of mankind, a devil from the distant past has made it his goal to thwart their plans. This short story is one of the tales that form his adventure, a piece that I plan to rewrite as a bigger story in the future. Enjoy this snippet into the world of Kurai Kage, Dark Shadow, the fiend hunting fiend, as he searches for the whereabouts of the elusive Greater Fiends while battling his own darkness.
