A Lot has happened in the last 24 hours. Both my parents contracted that dumb virus that has ruined everyones lives for the past couple of months. Yup, You guessed it, Covid-19. After arguing with a bunch of their relatives in hopes for them to let me come and stay at their house, One thing has become clear, All my relatives hate me.

Who could blame them really? I was the ‘oddball’ of the family. The only one who wasn’t ‘Mannered and proper.’ The whole family had made me out to be some rebel, when really I’m just over their bullshit standards. Fuck them and fuck their prissy manners. I was told my parents were now looking for someone else to let their 16 daughter invade their home and privacy. Honestly, I didn’t really care who I stayed with, as long as it was from this family.

My parents have driven me insane for as long as I remember. Always trying to withhold their reputation. It gets annoying, So I did what anyone my age would do in a situation like this, The exact opposite of what my parents said. It was satisfying to say the least, Seeing their reaction every time I did something that affected their reputation

Currently I sat in my room, In between heaves of clothes, Trying to decide which of them to take with me, While also texting some of my friends. Safe to say I was doing more texting then packing.

Eventually, after scurrying through piles and piles of clothes, I managed to finish packing two whole bags of my stuff. I huffed as I jumped onto my bed, Ready to cuddle into my blanket and spend the next few hours on my phone. But timing is a peculiar thing and just as I get cozy in bed, I get a text from my father.

Dad: You’ll be staying with the Brookes family
