This book is dedicated, to my loving Aunt Sarah, who died after a long struggle with cancer. Sarah was always supportive of me and was one of the first readers of my writing.

Hi Sofia,
I just finished reading your story Somewhere Safe and I loved it so much. Your writing is amazing, and I kept thinking how cool it would look as a comic.
I really loved the scene in Chapter 18 where Sarah and Max, after the attack on the castle, find themselves in a tense confrontation on the cliffs. The vivid imagery and emotional depth in that moment would translate beautifully into a compelling comic panel.
I’m a commissioned artist, and I’d love to draw your story into a comic/manga. No pressure though, I just think your work would look awesome in comic form.
