Mesmerized

"I have been practically glued to my phone the past 3 days. I love that it has a little of Frozen and other Norse legends mixed into it. Some few spelling errors but minor. You can still follow along easily. Great work… and now back to reading… :) "

Daughter of ice

"This book is not your typical fantasy. The plot is extraordinary , the plot thickens constantly and you can’t put the book down . You just need to read more and understand more . The character development is beyond good and after reading so much into the book I have no idea what will happen . There is also steamy scenes and romance , but is one of the books when you have no idea with whom the girl will end up with . And also the female character is strong and bows for no one . "

Such a great read!

"I so enjoy reading this story - it’s original, engaging with some magic and relatable characters. What more do you want? It’s also very well written which is not a given on this platform and shows how much work the author puts into it. Can’t wait to see how the plot unfolds! Thank you author! "

Unique and intriguing.

"Your story is unique and original, standing out boldly above others. Unsure of what to expect, I continued to read ahead, and I was not disappointed by the amount of detail that you have put into your story. The plot is clear from the start, although I disagree with it, and personally dislike the idea of someone being forced to marry another, I know that things were different millions of years ago, and you do a fantastic job at making this clear and noticeable. You write beautifully, using elegant words that others may not know of, and this is something you could turn into a book. There were minor issues with your grammar, however, these were nothing too noticeable! I wish you the best of luck with your story!"

Chilling, lustrous tale of a maverick princess

"I'm a lover of mythology since grade school and I always look up to stories spun out of those legends and mythic heroes. The Daughter of Ice is one of those stories - one that speaks to you from another world. Our heroine, Morana, is a very relatable character who's the lone wolf of the family - not very noticeable to people and unorthodox with her beliefs. I like her free-spirited manners and sass. She reminds me of Merida from Brave, and the Slavic words made me want to read more. There's an imminent war and a song forged of magic and a past that may or may not only exist in the story's own legends."

Definitely Sale Worthy

"Up to Chapter 26. There are a few typos along this journey (faith for fate is most common) and a rather simplistic approach in narrative style (lot of pronoun sentence starters, lots of action tags). Sometimes it jumps from one POV to another, but it's not terribly bad--definitely forgivable. There are some emotional faults that don't have enough strength to carry me on, but my attachment to the overall plot of 'how does this end' does keep me reading. The characters are a bit overly dramatic at points, a couple of betrayals are hard to find believable--but I really need to remember that they are children. (Spoiler:) Like our leading lady feels so strongly betrayed when she finds out that her brother is potentially alive. Maybe adding more thoughts reflected on her brother prior to this reveal could help setup the emotion stronger. Those are the only negatives I've found. Now for the positives. The story has me hooked, I really have to know how it ends. I am intrigued by the magics, or the limited magic, and can't wait to see how powerful they all are once the curse has been broken. I have my suspicions of what I think is going to happen and what may be in book 2 (if there is one). I like that I have these suspicions as it is encouraging to the author. It lets them know that I'm invested in their story. And I am. I want more ... like right now! I want to see how dark Veles is, see how much Perun can change, see if Mor can get out of her own way, watch as Leila reveals her real strength, see if there is a relationship between Leila and Marco, see if Aaron has his big moment -- thinking about a sacrifice, and I really want to see the King get his just deserts. Keep at it. I'm loving it. (5 stars are reserved for publish ready stories--so don't feel bad -- you are almost there)"
