Black Pixie Dust
“...and a little bit more mixing. Ah HAHAHA Done!” I let out. The bowl of black pixie dust glimmered at me. Pouring it in a sack; I put on my cape and I prepared to take it to the head alchemy fairy. This sleep dust would impress her for sure and make it easier for fairies to bring the spring without being seen. The sun beat down on me; I could see the other fairies hard at work and, sounds of playful laughter flowed around me. They only fueled my excitement and determination. Stopping in front of her home I took a deep breath and knocked quickly. “Cirina, It's Ayleen. I have something to show you!” I knocked harder and the door flew open. A very tired Circina stood in front of me. Before she had time to say anything I stuck out the sack of black dust. “Uh, what’s this Ayleen,” She said curiously. She slipped open the sack and her face switched from curiosity to intrigue.“I was up all night working on it. It's sleep dust. Once spread in the air it puts anyone in the area to sleep until the light hits their eyes. Unlike poppy dust Before you ask, I know this for a fact because I have tried it on the animals for the last 3 nights-” I was interrupted by a gasp followed by Cirina’s upset voice.“Did you ask anyone if you could do that?” I shook my head no to her question.“But-” I tried to get out.“No buts, Do you know what could have happened? What if something had gone wrong. The side effec-” I interrupted her “Nothing went wrong!” I declared but Cirina wasn’t hearing it.
“Fine, I will take it to the Fairy council. Surely they will listen.” I said trying to grab the bag but, Cirina would not let it go. We tugged the bag back and forward for a bit until finally, Cirina let go causing me to fly backward and for the bag to go flying into the ground spreading black pixie dust everywhere. Fairies dropped to the ground and the ones on the ground fell. I heard a thud and saw Cirina on the ground and, then I felt the dust hit my face and everything went dark. I could still hear and feel and think. It was nothing like sleeping at all; more like being paralyzed. Then the sun hit my face and I opened my eyes and shot up.“Okay Cirina, So maybe that didn’t work as I wanted.” I said sheepishly but, she didn’t look at me. I watched her stand up; her golden hair blew in the wind and I noticed that her wings were hanging limply. “Ayleen, what did you make that pixie dust out of.” She asked.“Dried nightshade skin? Why?” I asked curiously looking around at all of the fairies who had by now managed to get themselves up and all had drooping wings. “I can’t feel my wings.” She spoke quietly.
“what do you mean you cannot feel your wings!? “I asked slightly panicking.“What did you do Ayleen! What is this?” Cirina screamed.“ It’s an unexpected side effect. I can fix it. I can find a solution.” I explained calmly. Who was really was I convincing though? I could fix it. Maybe.
“No. Ayleen! Please Just get Mary. Don’t do anything else” Cirina begged. I nodded and turned around to go back home. I can fix this!

it seems like a cool story, Ayleen is a clumsy and curious little fairy , I like it !!👍keep goin !
