ACE of spades
"Honestly i want to know the idea behind the title The atmosphere feels heavy, like something important is always about to happen.Every interaction carries tension, even when nothing dramatic is being said. The characters don’t open up easily, which makes every emotional moment hit harder. There’s a sense of mystery that keeps building chapter after chapter. The emotional walls between the characters create a slow, addictive burn. The dilemma of Xavier is masterfully presented. He doesn't even know whose side he's on. It almost feels like Vincent knows everything and nothing at certain times. The darker tone adds depth without overwhelming the story Please complete this story this is one of the best Stories I have ever picked up "
Ace of Spades
"This is an interesting premise for a plot. The tension between the MC and his target is palpable and very well done. The MC has some difficult choices to make in a very dangerous situation. I hope we have get more chapters."
Holy Hell
"I just read the first chapter of this novel. And I am very picky when it comes to books I like. There are very few books I will sit down and take the time to read, but this first chapter is so vivid and detailed, yet so cut to the chase it had me feeling so on edge. The begining is so amazing! The details, the description, the punctuation, even the author's unique writing style all draw me in. I'm not going to lie, as a gay male, I love some steamy romance and I'm so excited to look forward to reading the rest of this when I wake up tomorrow. It makes me want to step up my own writing game. But all I have to say is "Holy Hell! This is absolutely incredible!""
An intriguing set up!
"A great start to a book that looks to hold a lot of potential. I really enjoyed how the characters are described and portrayed here, along with the tension between them. I can't wait to see how their relationship develops despite the stakes. The only thing I noticed was some weak grammar and what seemed to be some missing words, nothing a little edit wouldn't fix. Keep up the great work, I'll be keeping an eye out for more chapters!"
A pretty good read!
"I must say I'm liking where this story is going and I'm especially loving the conflict that is now happening! I really do like this style that's being used in this story and most of the details I read were pretty good as well! There were a few grammar mistakes and I believe what looked to be a couple words missing in a couple of paragraphs, but I would say overall this was worth the read! Nicely done once more and I will definitely look forward to the next chapters of this story!"
Great Beginning
"This story was very well written. It has mystery and intrigue. It captures you from the first chapter. Fantastic job."
Amazing
"There are some grammar errors, nothing I can’t get past. I love how you pull readers into this plot is solid and captivating. I want to read more. The chemistry is off the charts. You are very descriptive in your writing. I cannot wait to see what this author does with his book. I want to read more I am intrigued. I can get bored fast with a book. I can’t wait for more updates. I can’t wait to see where this goes. Well done so far. "
Can't wait to read the rest!
"The blurb was really intriguing. Although I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning, because this was my first time reading a Manxman romance story. But as I went on with the chapters, the suspense and sexual undercurrent between Vincent and Xavier managed to pique my interest. I must admit that the writing style is amazing and skillful. It got me hooked right from the very beginning. I would really like to see how things turn out between the two of them."
So Far So Good
"The dynamic of the two characters is like a game of cat and mouse, one playing with the other like a predator would toy with its prey. Although the story hasn't stated the depths of their relationship, I can't help but feel like there's something more in how they operate with each other. One almost being all but putty in the other's hands, the other being dominant and cold. I'm curious to know how the next chapters will unravel. With that said, there are a few grammar errors, some words being missing from a sentence, though that is understandably a given, especially for new books. Though I will say that the writing style flows wonderfully, something that's noticeable with just the first few paragraphs. I can't wait to see what happens next with the dynamic of the characters, one that I'm itching to learn."
