Bumps In the Night
"Wow...well done. At first I was taken back to when I was a child and would hear those bumps in the night. It reminded me of nightmares and being able to change the monsters into friends. Even the bullying, teasing isolation of others brought me back to my own childhood. I love the dialogue, the softening of a normally staunch principal and the seriousness of the normally jovial uncle. I have only read the first chapter but look forward to reading the rest of the story."

"Quickly-consumed and very well-written. I think the plot is unique and definitely grabs your attention (especially more so in the chapters after the prologue). It's interesting to see characters do a complete 180, and I'm keen to see how that came about! (Beta-Reader criticism in the comment section)"
