Chapter 1 Kidnapped
Lauren woke up. She waited until her purple eyes adjusted to the light. She only remembered being taken to some strange place, then some sleeping gas put her to sleep. “Ok…” She thought. “I should try to get out of here.” She took a step out of the test container she was in before she heard a voice. “Stop, don’t move.” Said someone. Lauren looked around. “W-who’s there? Please don’t hurt me!” She said sacredly. “I won’t hurt you if you cooperate. “I will, just please don’t kill me! I don’t want to die young!” She shouted back. There was a flash of fur and the sound of footsteps. She looked in front of her just to see a white wolf with a gas mask and a lab coat standing right in front of her. “Eek! A wolf! Wait…but wolves don’t wear gas masks or coats…and they don’t stand like..like anthropomorphic animals either! A-am I dreaming? Did that mysterious voice already kill me?” She said. “No, you're not dead and you're not dreaming. Second of all, I’m the ‘mysterious voice’ and third, come with me.” He said. “Uhhh..ok?” Lauren said slowly. “Well that’s unusual, someone who didn’t try attacking me. Maybe I won’t have to eliminate you.” He said. “By the way, you can call, me Dr. K.” “Ok, you can call me Lauren,” Lauren said. “Well, I’m glad he’s not going to rip me apart or eat me.” She thought to herself. “Now come, we have tests to do.” Dr. K smiled.
