The concept sounds rather similar to a writing prompt I found on Tumblr, but I believe it shows how talented the writer is when they can turn a simple writing prompt into a full story with fleshed out characters and an excellent plotline. "What an exciting book, I wasn't sure because this concept (living in a dome etc) has been done before but its really good I feel like it plays into the feeling of lack of control and the nanny state idea, I don't want to give too much away because you should really read it!!! the writing has an easy flow and Eenralla is tough and cool as the main character, you want her to succeed it is hard to put down, looking forward to the next one Great book :)"

Science Fantasy...

"This book is amazing. I recently read it, as I begged our library to buy it. They did, and after reading through the entire thing, I've realized how complicated K. Weikel gets. The ideas in this book were mostly unique, though there were a few that were... cliche. The idea of a serum that changed the people into strange pink monster thingies was interesting, though hard to wrap my head around. The story was full of twists and turned that left me speechless. Besides a few spelling errors, there wasn't anything wrong with it. The characters were diverse and unique in their own ways. The book left off at a cliff hanger, now I have to get out library to buy the next two... UGH! I recommend spending time (took me two hours) to read this book and fully digest it. It has a few lessons that I picked out from between the lines."
