"Ah! Another one for the favourites list! I love that the gaps are slowly filling themselves in and we aren’t just being TOLD what is happening. I have never read a shifter book before so I am not familiar with the rules and commonalities so this is totally fresh for me. The writing style is wonderful and the characters are intriguing and have depth. You’ve managed to create an entire world and society that is so vivid already in just a few chapters. Really well done and I’m excited to have another book to follow! "
Amazing!
"To start with, your writing style is so beautiful that I have to appreciate it as the first thing. The story really got me hooked from the very beginning. I have a thing for the shapeshifters so it instantly drew my attention. Charles character wasn't very likable to me when he started but now that's the beauty of character development and with each new chapter I'm getting closer to falling for these perfectly imperfect characters. The suspense is amazing and I can't wait for the next updates. Great work! Update soon!"
Surprisingly Interesting
"To be honest, I was never big into shifter stories as the topic didn't quite catch my interest. The only reason I gave this book a shot was because I wanted to see whether I could come across a newfound gem that may make me discover a new literary preference... Which I'm very glad I did because this story has been fantastic so far. I immediately fell in love with your elegant writing style and your masterful lexical command. The only thing I would point out is that so far I can't really tell what the plot for the book is. I know the *prospect* of the plot, but not the plot itself. Still, considering that the story has only six chapters at the time of me writing this review, I don't think the plot remaining hidden for now is a bad thing, since you still have plenty of time to establish it. All in all, phenomenal work so far! Keep up the great job!"
Amazing so far
"Like others have already mentioned, your writing style is top notch! Your world is both vivid and descriptive, that it is brought to life with flair. Emotions are already rising so early in the story which is very difficult to do as a writer, but the pace of the story is allows the story to unfold without feeling rushed or lacking detail. I already have definite character preferences and that being the Hyena and your main protagonist the fox who are worlds apart in character and temperament, but easily likable and relatable, I am definitely looking forward to where you go with this story, because I can already see a lot of drama ahead for our girl. Beautiful story my friend, so glad I opened the first page, but disappointed because I now have to wait for updates lol"

"I really like your writing style! You use a lot of descriptive senses to paint a clear picture of the world Beatrice inhabits, which really compliments the high society tone of the story. I particularly like your use of scent to establish setting - it's very powerful! You also do a good job maintaining the specific voice of the narrator, which helps convey her character quickly. My one piece of advice would be that less can sometimes be more when it comes to descriptions. Because this was just the first chapter, I think going into such detail about everything can come across a little overwhelming and maybe take away from the more important aspects you'd like readers to begin the story with. But overall, this is a very small nitpick and I really enjoyed the chapter. Also, I think you may have accidentally uploaded chapter 1 again in place of chapter 2, which was disappointing because I was excited to read more :) can't wait for an update!"
