Summary

3 unlikely beings come together, and begin a brutal trek to Terra. Leaving a bloody trail of dead in their wake as they travel the Sol System from the outer rim inward. How do you react being defrosted on an alien vessel? For Marckus it is not so pleasant. More of a slap in the face, as an old adversary Captain Graxis presents evidence that will change Marckus's thoughts about his own faction : The Confederation. The two soldiers take up in a common cause. And as more information a physical proof is revealed to Marckus, he does the only thing that he knows how to do. Go to war. As these old enemies begin a campaign against the Confederation, aboard one of the largest war-ships that has ever been built. With 800,000 troops at their command, and each with a vested interest in eliminating the Confederation and the Chairmen that have come to power on Terra. But first they clean up the Sol System from the outer rim, leaving a bloody trail of destruction in their wake. Taking custody over a mysterious and unknown creature known only as the Mother Confessor, on their trek in System. They find the legend is not as evil as they believed her to be. Instead come to realize that she wants to divorce herself from her past as being the most feared being in the galaxy. Old habits die hard, considering she has centuries of ownership to her title.
