Endless Chaos

Beginning

Hi!, I'm Kim Nami. I just turned 19 last month. I'm half Korean half British. I was born in the UK but grew up in South Korea 'til i turned 10 then we go back to London as my dad need to settle something. I have two siblings, Kim Orobin was my 14 yr. Old little sister and Kim Rozoro was my older brother who's 22. We're living in a simple yet huge house in a village near the mountains.

One night, as i was sleeping peacefully in my room i heard a sudden loud thud downstairs. I bolted up and get up my bed as i grabbed my pocket knife from underneath my pillow it was given by dad. My dad trained me to use knives such as daggers which is very cool and also he enrolled me in martial arts school where i got a lot of trophies and gold and silver medals.

I know you guys were confused why my dad want me to do this stuffs. Honestly, i don't even know, i didn't even bother asking him why cause i'm interested on trying this things which that question didn't have the chance to cross my mind. Okay back to my story.

I walked quietly towards my door barefooted preventing to alert whoever's outside. I slowly opened my door and i saw five figures or shadows in our living room, my room was near the stairs so you can literally saw the whole living room from there.

I saw my older brother walked out from his room too with a confused look as i have. We both watched from the stairs as i gasp and quickly covered my mouth when i saw my mom laying on the floor with a pool of blood around her. My brain and everything went blurred and dark as my vision suddenly just focused on my mom.

I don't know what's going on or what's happening to me. It feels like i was shot that my ears even got blocked. Tears just suddenly flood my eyes as my brother shakes me to come back to me senses. Anger suddenly rushed through me as i quickly get up and grab my pocket knife as i immediately throw it on one tall guy that's holding a gun.

They all turned at me and my brother's direction when the guy i hit fall to the ground..dead. I saw my father standing next to the dead body of my mother with a teary eyes and his hand tied up.

"Mom! Dad! " i suddenly blurt out as i rush towards them and holds my mom as i cry .

"Mom don't leave me please, i can't live without you" i said with a shaky voice.

"Nami" my dad said in a shaky voice. I turned towards the direction where a man whose a little older than my dad sitting on the couch across me with a smoking pipe. He blows a smoke before he speak.

"Oh finally your children's here" he said as he laugh.

"Who are you! , why did you kill my mother! " i yelled at him and dropped my mom on the floor as i quickly get up to punch him but i was pulled away by his guards and they tied my hand but before they could do that, my brother whose his hand behind his back as the guard holding it he suddenly winked two times at me.

I quickly get it as it was a signal to fight back. Long before, me and my brother were training together in our backyard, i enjoy training with him after class. We formed a few symbols or signals that only the two of us knew.

I immediately push back the guard holding me by using my back and i quickly punch and kicked his face, another guard charges at me as i duck and punch his stomach as i kick his groin harder making him fall to the ground.

I didn't see a punch Coming to my way as i fall to the ground. I saw a gun laying on the floor that the first guard dropped. I quickly grabbed it as well my brother grabbed the gun from the guard that was on him. I pointed the gun to old man that's sitting on the couch as my brother pointed his gun on the other 2 guards.

"Let go of my dad and tell me what do you want or I'll shoot you" i bravely said, i don't feel fear or scared...all i feel was anger.

"You two fight well,very impressive" the old man said as he dropped his smoking pipe on the coffee table.

"I will not gonna ask twice, what do you want from us" i said as i shot the couch near his knees which make him jump a little.

I can see he's pissed as he gritted his teeth.

"I believe your dear father didn't tell you, well your father here owes me a lot of money and he betrayed me" the old man said as he sits properly

"What do you mean, dad's working to you?" I cofusingly asked.

"Nami, forgive me but remember when you little sister almost died because of her sickness? And we don't have money for her treatment. I asked Mr. Lee Shuin if i could borrow money from him. He agreed but in return, i had to work for him. " my dad explained

I can't believe what I'm hearing, dad borrowed money from this old man? What is he a billionaire? A mafia?

"Are you somehow a mafia?"

"Pretty much my dear" the old man said.

"But Mr. Lee, I'm begging you to give me more time, i promise I'll pay you when i had the exact amount of money" my dad suddenly kneel down but to my surprise that even made me furious was when Mr. Lee suddenly shot my dad on the head.

My body froze for a moment as i watched my dad's head explode and his body falls to the floor.

"I guess you two will be the one who's gonna pay your father's debt" the old man said before he stood up and walked out from our house together with his guards.

I dropped the gun to the floor as i fall to knees and cried.

"Why this have to happen to us Z" i said as i punch the floor with my hand and my brother quickly stopped it and pull me into a hug.

"We're gonna make them pay for what they did to mom and dad Sis, we'll get our revenge" my brother said in a angry shaking voice.

I don't understand why this happened to us, in a glimpse both of my parents are dead in front of us. This is hell and this is unforgivable. I gathered myself together as i process what happened. I don't even know how to tell my little sister about this.

•AFTER THE BURIAL•

After the funeral, my brother decided to leave London go back to South Korea to settle down and have a fresh start about everything. It was very hard to us living without a parents as we feel there's missing something from us.

My little sister was the most affected about the event, she doesn't talk to me and my brother after we tell her what happened. I understand that she's too young to cope up about what happened. Me and my brother decided to give her a little time.

We're packing our things now as our flight to South Korea will be in 2 hours. We packed everything we need as my brother load them up on the cab. I wore the necklace that my mom love and she always wear that sad gave her.

By this necklace i can feel that both of them are still with me. The three of us took a last look from our house as my brother decided to sell it so we could buy tickets and will have money to start on.

We hopped on the Cab and drove towards the airport. As we arrived, in a few minutes we'll be boarding.

"Roro, we're gonna have a normal life again together with you, me and Z" i looked at My little as she just gave me a half smile.

We board the plane and we three sat on our assigned seat, i sat near the window and Roro on the middle and next to her was Z.

•AFTER FEW HOURS•

I woked up from the sound of pilot speaking about landing. I looked over the window and i can see the city of South Korea. We landed safely as we get out of the plane.

We grabbed our bags and exits the airport. I called a cab and we placed our baggage on the trunk and hopped on. We drove towards the town where our house is. We're in the city Busan and our town was a few miles away from the city.

We've arrived at our house as we took out our luggage and entered. We just brought one luggage each of us since we already had clothes here.

We unpacked and eat as we get some rest. Me and my brother will go to the town's university to enrolled ourselves as well as my little sister.

•NEXT MORNING•

I woked up from the alarm of my phone. I turned it off as i groaned. I get up from my bed and do some stretching. I then took a shower and put on a nice simple outfit. I wore black high waisted pants, white shirt that i tucked it in and out on a brown leather jacket.

I walked out from my room and saw my brother and Roro already dressed up and was cooking noodles. We ate and the three of us left the house as we head towards the university, we just walked as it was nearby.

We arrived and saw a lot of students entering the campus. Few students were looking at us as they passby. This university we're enrolling in was different from the one's we enrolled before. We entered the campus and goes to the principal office.

We arrived at the principal office as we knocked. A voice speak from inside as we then walked in.

(A/N: Everything they speak with this sign [~] was spoken in Korean language and without the sign it's spoken in English)

"~Good morning" we greeted together as we bow slightly.

"~Good morning, welcome to Hyangbin University." The principal said as we then undergoes through interview and the principal then gave us our class schedule and provided us uniforms.

The principal said that we can start our class today so we departed from each other and goes to our respective department. My brother Zoro goes to the College Art department and Roro goes to the middle school building and i goes to the Senior high building.

This school had a huge or massive cafeteria where all students eats and they had five buildings, three for each year level and two for i don't know yet.

I now heading to my classroom as i was climbing on stairs, my classroom was on freaking 6th floor and I'm already on 4th floor. The hallway's quiet as i presumed that all students were inside the classroom.

I was nervous to enter my classroom after 6 or 7 yrs I'm finally back in Korea and this is a new surroundings for me and also new faces.

I was cut off from thinking when my teacher suddenly walked out from the classroom.

"~oh you must be the new student, i was gonna fetch you but come in I'll introduce you to the class" she said as i nod and bows slightly.

I followed her inside as everyone looked at me.

"~Students, i want you all to welcome our new student who transferred from UK, London. Please introduce yourself" she said nicely as she smiled

"~hello, I'm Kim Nami" i simply say. Teacher pointed the empty seat near the window and next to a girl who had her hair into a bun.

"~Hello, I'm Cheong Sanny, you're pretty" she said in a friendly way as she smiles.

"~Hello" I shyly greeted back as i bow my head slightly.

I pulled out my notebook and jotted down notes from the board. Sanny shared her book with me since i don't have any books yet.

Sanny keeps chatting at me which i find funny, i feel happy that in my first day here i already had a friend. The bell rung stating it's lunch time. I didn't noticed the time flies so fast and it's already lunch.

"~Hey Kim Nami, you're pretty wanna have lunch with us? " a girl with long straight hair and make up on talked to me.

"~Oh umm-" i was cut off by Sanny

"~She will not, we're having lunch together" Sanny said and pull me away exiting the room.

As we walk towards the cafeteria Sanny suddenly asked me.

"~so if you're from London, does it mean you're half British?" She confusingly asked which i nod.

"~yeah, umm my mom's British and my dad's korean" i replied as i smile.

We arrived in the cafeteria and a lot of student looked at me whispering.

"~You're pretty so you'll get used to it" Sanny blurt out as we take our food.

"~ Oh me? Pretty? No I'm not" i said as i shook my head disagreeing her.

"~Whatever you say Nami" she said and we both chuckles. We find a empty table as we sit there.

"~So why you leave London and are you staying here for good? " Sanny asked as she took a bite of her food, i swallowed my food before speaking.

"~long story and yes I'll be staying here for good" i replied and had a bite of my rice cake. As we chat, i got startled by the sudden shriek of girl students at the far corner of the cafeteria.

I looked at their direction and saw group of students walking in. I can say the girl who invited me to have lunch with her earlier was the leader and the guy walking next to her was also the leader of the group. Three guys and two girls following them was the members.

"~Who are they" i asked Sanny as i got confused why a lot of students screaming when they see them.

"~ They're the great 7, that girl from our class was Jung Shiyo their leader and the queen of campus and that guy next to her was Kang Jee, the king of campus" she explained as i nod

"So their famous like that?" Sanny nods.

I just let out a big sigh and ignore them as i continue eating. I got almost choked when Sanny suddenly stomped on my foot.

"~ what's your problem Sanny" i massage my foot then i hear my name called.

"~Well hello there newbie, you're Kim Nami right? You remember me?" She said as she raised an eyebrow and smiled. I can tell it was a damn fake smile.

"~Oh yeah we're in the same class" i simply answered and go back on eating. She then slammed her hand on the table.

"I'm not done talking" she said raising an eyebrow with a hand on her hips.

"Oh sorry i thought you're done talking, I'm still eating can't you see?" I said looking at her and to my plate which i can see she got pissed cause i talked back.

I hear students clamour and Sanny stomped on my foot again.

"~What are you doing, you can't talk to her like that" she said in a very low voice.

I was about to take a bite of my chicken fillet, my plate flew towards the floor. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath as i looked at her.

"~ no one talked to me like that before" she said as she pushed me by my shoulder. I let her did that to me as i don't want to get in trouble in my first day.

I just stayed quiet.

"~ you're just new here and you dare to talk me like that?! You don't know me Kim Nami. I'm the queen of this campus and you should pay me respect" she said as she point her finger on my mind and pushed me by it. I turned my hand into a fist as i hold myself on punching her.

"~ oh you're planning to fight back?" Kang Jee said as he pointed my hand.

All students were watching us, okay i have enough of this. I just want to live a normal day here.

Shiyo suddenly slapped me so freaking hard on my face making the students gasp even Sanny. I looked at her with expressionless face as i massage my jaw.

"~ you have no right to slap me bitch" i said as i then slap her hard. Kang Jee then grabbed me and pushed me to the floor. The other members of Great 7 then goes to me as one girl grabbed my hair.

I quickly grab her hand and twisted my body to remove her hand off my hair i then kick her in the stomach, i turned to the other girl and then kick her too. The buttons on my shirt pop off when the tall guy grabbed me by my uniform and slapped me.

I then elbowed him and duck as i kick his leg hard making him fall to the table and kick the other two in the face. Everyone looked at me and had their phones filming.

"~ You're gonna regret on what you just did" Kang Jee said as he, Shiyo and the others walked out from the cafeteria. I fixed my hair and uniform. I looked around me and they then praised me. Damn they're so loud.

"~ Damn you're awesome Nami, how could you do that" Sanny said flabbergasted.

~ i did nothing, it was just all self defense, come on Sanny let's go back to the classroom" i said and walked out from the Classroom. Sanny brought me to the gym where she insisted to change my uniform into new ones.

We go back to our classroom and as i entered the room, everyone was gathering in the corner as they're watching something. I pass by them and they all looked at me.

"~Nami what you did back there was amazing, how could you do that" Min Shina said as i read on her name tag.

"~ leave me alone" i simply say as i put on my earphones and lean on the table to take a nap.

(Little Did Kim Nami know that her classmate, Sung Ji Joon was staring at her from the moment she got in the class and in the cafeteria, Sung Ji Joon was the type of guy who's a heartthrob on their campus and a very cold person.)

I woke up when Sanny slap my back as she tells me the teacher is here.

"~ Seriously Sanny you could've just told me, damn my back hurts" i exclaimed as i touched my back. I put away my phone and earphones as the teacher walks in.

The class begins and i took down notes, i ignored Sanny as she keeps talking to me while the teacher's writing on the board, i had enough trouble today.

The bell rung as i then fixed my stuffs and put on my bag. I accidentally glanced to my right as i saw a guy looking at me with cold stare as he then walked out the room with his friend. What the Hell's wrong with him.

Me and Sanny walked out the room and Sanny separated ways from me as i waited for Roro and Z at the gate. As i wait, i got a text from my brother telling me that he and Roro already gone home since they got dismissed early.

"Seriously bro, i just wasted my time waiting for nothing" i mumbled as i replied him with an angry emoji. I put on my earphones and walked home.

I was passing the street when a car suddenly rushed in and someone pulled me away before i got hit. I looked around to see who saved me but there's no one except for the people passing by.

Who on earth would do that but well thanks to her or him for saving me.

I'm pissed about the car because it seems that whoever drove that car really want to hit me. I stopped by a mini mart to buy some noodles. I saw a hiring sign on a coffee restaurant i passed by. It's better to find a job so i can help my brother pay the bills and sustain our daily needs. I entered the shop and go to the counter.

"~Hi are you the owner? i saw the sign outside, i was wondering if that's still available?" I asked and to my surprise the woman smiled

"~Ah yes I'm the owner, I'm Lee Minaha and yeah i really need an assistant, are you interested?" She asked

"~ Yes! I am" i answered happily.

"~ i can see you're still a student, very well you can start by tomorrow at 4 pm after your class, congratulations see you" Miss Lee said. I bow slightly and leave the shop. I reached home.

" I'm home" i shouted. I took off my shoes and saw my brother cooking dinner.

" Hi mimi" Roro greeted me as she hugged me, i smiled and looked at Z with a confused look. It's the first time Roro talked to us again. I hugged her back and Z joins.

" I'm so happy that you're talking to us again Roro" i hugged her tight and she then laughed.

" I'm sorry if i acted that way, i blamed you two for not saving mom and dad but i realized now that you did everything you could and I'm happy with that" Roro said making me cry. I wiped my tears and i ready the table for dinner.

I changed into comfortable clothes and after few minutes Z called us for dinner.

I sat on the table and grab my chopsticks and began to eat.

" oh btw Z, i applied a part time job in a coffee shop near our house. I think that you needed help" i smiled as i eat.

" Oh you did? That's great. Thanks sis, i actually found a job too in a hardware here, my schedules on every weekend" he said.

We talked about our experience on our first day.

" Oh Sis, i saw a video from one of my classmate of you fighting someone in the cafeteria earlier" i almost choked on my food when he suddenly brought it up.

" They started it and hey it was all self defense" i replied.

"It's cool , Show them what a Kim can do but don't use your ability on fighting to bully someone, that i won't tolerate" he said as i rolled my eyes.

" Whatever Brother " i finished my food and i washed the dishes before heading inside my room. I do my homework and chat with Sanny.

•IN THE NEXT DAY•

I woke up as my alarm rung. My body sore from the fight yesterday but it's fine i can endure it. I got up and hop into shower as i then put on my uniform. I stare my reflection on the mirror and wonder why people find this face of mine pretty and beautiful. I don't see a beautiful girl, i saw a ugly one. I brushed my long straight hair before heading out my room.
