"I have just read the Excerpt chapters that were up for this book and what I can say is what a well crafted story that truly deserves to shine that it is and more it needs to. I love how the chapters this author done, this really gravities you to wanting more. Now, this is book is done in is fantastic way, and this author all I can say is what a talented writer and Author. Truly I do not want to give anything away from this Excerpt of chapters, just that it is worth the read and if you want more then Kindel my darlings is where to look I have read the whole lot and I was hooked from start to end. Amazing Book
"The author wonderfully conveys the life story of three families. Each has children who learn this world in their own way. It would seem, what's so special about this? But… All of them also have angels who interact with their “humans” to some extent throughout the book. So, three families: young parents, a divorced couple and a military family. Julia masterfully conveys the problems of families and ways to solve them, and what role guardian angels play in this. It is interesting to watch how the characters develop, and especially how this happens in children. The interaction of the seer with the angel and the desire to help adults and a boy with autism is a very strong side of the book. Sometimes we don’t even suspect that someone close to us may be suffering, ignoring everything around us, just to satisfy our desires… The book raises many important questions that make the reader think, and I love books where this is exactly what is needed. Julia beautifully describes the atmosphere into which you are easily absorbed and you actually “live” every moment with the characters. You root for everyone, even for the little sociopath (as it seemed to me) who needs to be saved… You involuntarily think about raising your own child — “Did I do everything right as a mother?” And it is precisely such moments that captivated me in this book, because it will really be useful for many parents to be more attentive to the upbringing and needs of their children. This is the first book in the series about the Guardians, and I am eagerly awaiting the release of the second book. "

Very good read
"Natalie is an amazing little girl. She has such a capacity of love, understanding, compassion, empathy and also a strong sense of right and wrong. Gabe kinda reminds me of my own son, except my son didn't have an issue with getting hugs and kisses from me. Gabe like my own son loves his little sister, but not as patient or understanding. Johnathan seems to be a psychopath in the making which is really sad. To see how a child enjoys inflicting pain and suffering in others is disturbing. From what we read it isn't the fault of the parents as they're very loving and do their best to teach him the difference between right and wrong. There is something mentally wrong with little Johnathan and makes me worried for others around him, especially Timothy. Timothy is such a delightful little boy. I'm happy that Natalie is able to help him as much as she does. Timothy is such an intelligent little guy who actually has an expansive vocabulary unbeknownst to many people. When reading about the events of 9/11 it reminded me of when I first heard about it. I was going to the community college in my area, as I was walking through what we called the Viking Center I remember hearing something, but didn't really pay too much attention. It wasn't until I was driving home from classes that I paid more attention since it was on the radio. It was so heartbreaking to hear the events as they unfolded. I look forward to reading more of the series. "

An Unexpected Joy
"The mythos created within the story is based in what is familiar but it’s rounded out in ways that are profoundly deep. The story follows three families. High school sweethearts who found themselves pregnant; a military family where the dad is deployed for much of the book; and. a divorced couple navigating custody of two children, one of which happens to be a seer. The guardian aspect is fascinating in and of itself but what really shines through is the authors ability to write an incredibly large cast of characters and write them well. These are complex characters and situations that are written so well you feel every piece of it. It’s binge-worthy and since there are more books in the series, I’m looking forward to reading them all."

Emotionally Exquisite. Mentally Exhausting. Would Do It Again
"This book broke my brain — not because it was confusing, but because it understood too much. It stared directly into the tangled mess of neurodivergent childhood, parenthood, grief, and emotional disconnection, and said: “You’re going to feel all of this. Slowly.” Let’s be real — this wasn’t a light read. I had to consume it in slow, cautious sips like sipping boiling tea while your toddler twins try to murder each other with crayons in the background. There were chapters I had to recover from. What Hit Me Like a Freight Train of Feelings: * Timothy and Jonathan — every single scene with them made me want to cry, rage, hug someone, and then rage again. Both felt so real in their neurodivergent experiences — wildly different, deeply authentic. * The parents — not perfect, not villainized, just real. Their struggles hit hard. I saw myself, saw the cracks in the mirror, saw the love even when it looked like failure. * Timothy’s POV — beautiful, brilliant, and gutting. The kind of narration that sneaks under your skin and stays there. What Didn’t Quite Land: The pacing. It’s a slow burn, but not the sexy kind. More like... slow emotional erosion. Sometimes I wished it moved faster, just to give my heart a break. But maybe it wasn’t supposed to. Maybe part of the magic is how it insists you slow down and sit with these kids. Themes That Whispered (or Screamed) To Me: * Motherhood and the impossible tightrope we walk. * The weird, lonely power of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world. * The question: What does it mean to be “good” when you’re wired different? This is not a story of angels saving the day. It’s a story of people trying their damnedest — and their Guardians quietly, fiercely watching. Would I recommend it? Yes — cautiously. To the kind of reader who’s okay being emotionally sucker-punched in slow motion. To the ones who want character depth over action, inner worlds over epic battles. Would I read the next one? …I already feel tired just thinking about it. And yes. Absolutely yes."
