"I'm pretty hooked so far. I've learnt a few words from a new language so that's ben pretty cool. The backstory is sad though. Love did not triumph. That's okay though because it gives the chance for history to re-written. I think Fergus and Beth will help each other. I wonder what twists and turns await them, Will Fergus be discovered by the world and what will happen if he does? He has his own ancestors, but so does the King and the Queen."

Great novel
"So I read up to chapter five and it's a slow burner of a book. Right now in chapter five, it's picking up quite nicely. My favorite character is Fergus because he just is relatable and just a badass of a guy. Now the main character is a female that I found forgettable and sorry if that's the case just my personal opinion. The descriptions were okay like the background was either there or not. If the background was described then it would just be two characters talking or fighting. A lot of info dumping too. But that's not a bad thing I love a good info dump."
