Chapter 1 And So It Began.

The day wasn't anything special for Jake. He ate his breakfast in his small studio apartment which was more than a twenty by ten single room with a closet turned into a toilet slash shower combo. A small wooden table with a hotplate in one corner was all that passed for a kitchen. Jake sat there in oneof the tables two chairs his head bent reading from a thick heavy leather bound book as he quickly ate a modest bowel of oatmeal. Jake skimmed through the thick text which was written in old Mandarin. He closed the book then scrapped the remains of the oatmeal from the bowel. Jake washed the bowel from a pan of water in the bathroom on a makeshift shelf he nailed together from scrap wood he had salvaged. Placing the thick book of Chinese spells and demon lasting then was ready to go too his part time job at Wang's Used and Rare Books. Bishop Wang was of direct royal Chinese decent thirty seven times removed course Old Wang always left that last part out. He was actually born and bread in Suffixes England. He even spoke with a stiff British accent that customer's seemed too love. He sold in an old Chinese movie accent when it was required too make a sale so his rare books sold well especially on the Internet and all the major Internet selling platforms. Jake was the inspiration that Mr Wang too finally jumped into the twenty second century which meant Jake was the brains behind the internet sales at Wang's Used and Rare Books.
