"I'm not a sci-fi reader so it took me a moment to get into the book. But once I was in I found the storyline to be really interesting and immersive. I like books that are able to make me feel like I'm apart of the story so this book is good on that. The only thing I found distracting was the capitalization in with the dialogue. But if it's part of the author's writing style then I totally understand. There were a few grammar mistakes. But I totally understand not catching them when you're writing. The grammar isn't that bad and doesn't take away from your reading experience. I would recommend this book to those who definitely like sci-fi and the exploration of different places. "

"Wow, this is a really good book! I have no objections whatsoever. You obviously know what you’re doing. This may be the second sci-fi I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading. The structure is great, the pacing is on point, the characters are distinct from one another, and the beginning was a wonderful introduction to the rest of the story. I loved that you shared the voices and reactions of the people—they made the setting so much more significant. I love the clear and conciseness of the lore behind the Janzaccans (I hope I’m spelling that right, I forgot how), and the forest that everyone has questions about. Job well done. Please write more!!!"
Authentic characters with imaginative backdrops
"As someone who doesn't usually read Sci-Fi I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed the storyline and characters in this book so much! As an on going work in progress I have had access to the first 3 chapters and I raced through them, almost in one sitting. The story's plot is starting to build up and we've been introduced to the main characters and backgrounds so you already get a good picture of the world that has been created by the author. The only suggestion that I'd make would be to ask a trusted someone to proof read through before publishing, we all do it and it's common to re-read it so many times that you can't see where occasionally words might be mis-spelt or a small grammatically incorrect issue has arisen. There was one particular spelling error (possibly an autocorrect situation?) where Janzacca has become Jamaican which might be an issue for some readers depending on the context it comes up in. Overall the writing style was interesting and original, for me personally the use of capitals to demonstrate someone being emphatic or shouting didn't translate well onto the format we read the books in but this doesn't take away from the innovative storyline and interesting characters that are being developed in the early part of this book. I very much look forward to picking up on the rest of this story as it's published, I haven't yet tried writing on the set format provided and was interested to see how well it works especially for releasing early tasters of the book to come. I'm a great fan of reading in a series where you have to wait for the next instalment, much like Stephen King releasing Green Mile in Novella format. I remember waiting around WH Smiths each time a new part was due to come out!"
