aka Louie point of view
I entered the lobby, only a few players standing and talking. People going in with their best friend, or going with a group, and only the bravest people who’ve beaten doors before dare go alone. I walked towards the fire pit where a cute plushie of screech lay on the brick ledge. I sat in one of the chairs to see players join, leave to the hotel and get disconnected. This was my first time playing doors and I paid for some revives since I had fifteen million robux. But in my chat where I saw that my best friend JennyOrtega joined. Her name was Wednesday. She made her way through the crowd and found me by the fire pit.
“Evening Louie,” she waved.
“Evening,” I waved back.
In the world of Roblox, players have their own kind of games and I wanted to explore so I teleported Doors, hoping it would be fun.
“Our other friends are gonna join,” Wednesday said, walking towards me.
“Oh! Good, this is my first time playing doors!” I said with relief.
Then MonkydLuffy joined, then Catdrinkmilk joined. Luffy and Cat walked over to me on Wednesday.
“Hey Louie and Wednesday,” Cat waved towards us.
“Hey,” Luffy said, his hands in his pullover pocket.
“Y’all ready to play?” Wednesday asked us.
“Mhm,” Cat said.
I did a thumbs up, and so did Luffy. So, we headed towards the four player elevator and went down.
We all got a menu with stuff to buy. A lighter, flash light, pills, and lockpicks. I got them all since I bought seven thousands worth of doorknobs. We all bought what we needed and listened to the elevator song. which I jammed to. We all agreed to follow Wednesday since she was a pro at Doors and that I should follow behind her.
The elevator door opened and we all walked in. It looked old and dusty and had a spooky setting to it. I heard a knock and I flinched. My black hair jumped a little.
“Calm down child,” Wednesday said in an old grandma way. “It’s only a sound they added.”
I sighed in relief, how I wasn’t into scary games.
“Got the key!” Cat shouted, then crouched under the thing that cares suitcases which I forgot the name of. And unlocked the door which didn’t have a light on the top of it, that dinged but instead had a very satisfying sound to it. Wednesday had made a description of the game before they had updated it. Wednesday ran ahead and so did I, Luffy and Cat lurked behind.
I saw a container, and I searched it. I got thirty-five coins from it, and also a battery that filled my flashlight battery up.
“Nice find,” Cat complimented .
I sent a smiley face in the chat and we walked through door two, which had five closets in it. I saw the lights flicker and Wednesday told me to hide in a closet. I ran towards a closet and held my breath. I saw through the crack that all of my friends were safely in a closet. But then I saw it, a bodiless, smiling freak who made a terrible sound and broke all of the lights when it came by.
I jumped out of the closet, landing on my knees and hands, my heart beating fast and my face sweating. Wednesday came after me, then Cat and Luffy. Wednesday with her flash light on walked over to me and bent down on one knee and rubbed my back.
“Hey newbie, the first times always scare you, and try not to die during-” Wednesday got cut off by Cat. “Seekie Poo!” Cat was jumping up and down, clapping her hands which had a crucifix and a lighter, but she put it away.
Wednesday gave her a glare, then looked at me who was guessing why I was scared. “Let’s just continue,” Wednesday said calmly, before helping me up. We walked through door 3 to find nothing but a window with rain pouring hard and a container with no coins in it. We walked through the next door to find a big room with two doors but with different numbers on it, but before anyone could speak we all saw the lights flicker and that same terrible noise. I ran into one of the rooms and hid under the bed, I saw Cat go into the room and hide in a closet. I saw only a glimpse of Rush before he left the room.
I crawled from up under the bed, and Cat came out of the closet she was in. Wednesday ran to the room and gasped with relief. “You’re safe, thank god,” she said happily. The lights were all broken so we used our lighters and flashlights. I found a candle sitting on one of the drawers and put it in my inventory.
We all grouped up at door five, and walked through door six. It was a dark room, and hard to see so I pulled out my flashlight and walked through the darkness. But then I felt myself shiver so I searched myself to see an ugly roach! Screech scared me and I flinched and fell. “Ahhh!” I yelped, but I could hear Wednesday chuckling a little. “Screech got your tongue?” Wednesday said. I growled, then got up and dusted myself off. And heated towards door seven, which was a small room with nothing in it. Doors eight, nine, and ten were all the same until we came along this room that had stairs leading up to door eleven. We started walking up the stairs and collecting coins from the drawers. We came along door twelve when I saw something above the door. Wednesday ignored and walked along but I wasn’t paying attention when I picked the crucifix. I turned around to see what I had found to see no one there, I turned around to see the lights flickering. I turned around to the bodiless smiling freak charging right at me, I threw the crucifix at him and saw a bright light. Rush had been captured, four chains locked Rush with their grip. And sealed him away, Cat jumped out of her closet and ran towards me.
“You’re alive!” She shouted, hugging me with a crucifix in her hand.
I heard Luffy charge up the stairs and join the hug. “Man listen more!” I chuckled when I heard Wednesday walk slowly behind us. We stopped hugging and stared at her, she had a sad face on her face. I walked towards her and put my hand on her shoulder.
“I think it’s best if we go on,” I insisted.
So, we continued. Although I hated Rush and Ambush because at door twenty, he kept coming for over sixteen times! But when we went through door twenty-one, I started seeing eye balls. And eyeball paintings, but right at door twenty-three I saw a long hallway that wasn’t really a hallway.
“How about I go first,” I insisted, but I didn’t know what I was getting into. When we all made it to the end of the hallway I turned around to see a hand coming out of the ground. And when the hand’s body fully came out I saw a one-eyed freak named Seek.
“Hey Seekie Poo!” Cat said before getting in a running posture. Then Luffy and Wednesday got in their running posture.
Seek started chasing us! I ran, crouched, and slid throughout the chase, and by the time I made it to the hands coming in from the windows, I was sure I was gonna die. I saw that Seek was far behind me so I took a break at door forty. But then I heard a chandelier starting to fall on me. I didn’t have time to react, when Cat pushed me out the way and through door forty. Wednesday ran in, dragging Luffy alongside her. Once they made it in, the door closed shut, Seek banging on the door.
We all looked up to see door forty-one, for a second I didn’t want to go. But I had no choice. I had to walk through all one-hundred doors, before it was too late. But I thought I had gone through every entity in the hotel.
Or so I thought….
