“Hey Justin don’t you think you should get out here and dance with me?”
“No Ryan, I’m fine sitting here watching you dance your ass off.” I replied. I really wasn’t in the mood to dance. Ryan dragged me out because I’m depressed. Truth be told, I needed to get out of that apartment and see people.
“Come on”, he begged.
I rolled my eyes and got up from our table because I knew he just wouldn’t give up. Ryan Jackson was my best friend since kindergarten and I knew everything about him. I was the first and only person he told that he was gay and kept it a secret until he told our families after graduation dinner. Now he has dragged me to a gay club to have fun. He knows when I’m in need of just getting out and not wanting to pick up a girl. Even if I denied it the whole way there.
I got on the dance floor and we danced next to this cute lesbian couple we see here regularly, Lisa and Jess. I suddenly felt a dick grinding into my backside and jumped forward nearly into Ryan.

Ryan rolls his eyes, ”he’s straight dumb ass.”
It didn’t matter because he leaned in to kiss me and I punched his lights out. We got out of there as quickly as we could and started walking back to the apartment.
“You would think as a gay man himself he would have been able to tell the difference between a gay man and a straight one”, Ryan said rolling his eyes.
“You know this is why we are kicked out of nearly every gay club on this side of town right”, I said as I kicked a rock into the empty street.
“ I know”, he said, “but I can’t stand to see you so depressed and lonely when you have so much to give to a smart girl. I want you to at least have some fun and stop moping around the apartment. Besides, how can they help themselves? You are one fine piece of ass and you know it.”
I rolled my eyes and knew he was telling the truth. I mean I’m not ugly, but I don’t like to put myself up on a pedestal. I knew I wasn’t a bad looking guy, I had the muscles to prove it.
” I can’t stop thinking about her”, I confessed to him as we entered the doors to our apartment.
“ I know you can’t, but you’re just going to have to move on. Justin, it’s been two years not every girl will cheat on you. You need to be like me sometimes and bring a girl home from the bar once in a while.”
“You know I can’t do that”, I said as I let us into our apartment, “I like knowing them first and stuff.”
As he walks into the bathroom he says ,” sometimes I think you have more of a feminine side than you think.”
I looked at the clock, “ it’s nearly midnight”, I yawned,” I’ve got a long day ahead of me tomorrow and I’ve got to get up early.”
“ I hear you”, he says loudly from his room as he shuts the door.
I laid there in bed thinking about what Ryan had said about not all girls being the way Stephanie was. I gave that girl everything and I went and bought a ring and the night I was going to propose I knocked on her door and she didn’t answer. I saw her car was in the drive so I used the key she gave me assuming she was in the shower to go in and surprise her. As soon as I walked in I knew something wasn’t right, but in fear something was wrong I started yelling for her and searching downstairs, but then I heard it… her moans from her upstairs. I crept up the stairs to make sure I didn’t make any more noise and pushed open the door to her bedroom.
