"I recently finished reading C. Swallow's "Alpha Orpheus", and I just loved the superb writing style 🖤 The many and intriguing plot twists and excellent character development absolutely drew me in. Some real mental effort is used to conjure up the fascinating setting and characters for the reader. A small-ish part of Becca and Orpheus' story however, I did not (due to personal presence 🙉) awesomely love, so I was happy to see so maaaany other books on her profile to choose from. And "Alpha Erebon" did not disappoint. All the spicy aspects are definitely a bonus. But I love that the story can stand on it's own without all that ❤️🔥. Well done 👊! The story starts off with Erebon learning about Sabrina, a sweet and submissive young Omega, needing Royal Alpha intervention. We learn that she is then rescued (kidnapped? 🤔) by Erebon to recover from her harrowing ordeal at his home. It is a direct opening that grabs your attention and has you asking questions right off the bat. Who is Sabrina? Why is she being abused so horrifically by her husband? Why is she just accepting this abuse? And why is Erebon so interested in her? These two characters were thoroughly enjoyable and I absolutely loved the dynamics between them. Their characters are well developed, with lots of personal growth throughout the story. I loved all the intriguing and refreshing details added around Omegas. Erebon mans up deliciously, taking everything thrown at him and Sabrina in his stride 😍 He is an Alpha, to the point and in the moment, while Sabrina, as an Omega, is much more in tune with the ‘feel’ of the world around her. Everything else you learn about Sabrina throughout the rest of the story adds context and it’s beautiful. In a yummy sub-plot, Seth and his family is then introduced. (Oh laaawdy Seth is ❤️🔥 I sooo need therapy lol). This kicks off some dark topics such as addiction and rape 😢 It really makes this book special and an emotional rollercoaster from beginning to the end. Some fairies in there as well 😉 Also: 🫣 I almost died when Onyx showed up at the end 《again》- I don't want to give away too much 😉 but he very much likes to have a finger in every pie, right? 🙂↔️. That plot twist at the end 🤯 Onyx is being almost co(S)mic levels of an evil boss 😆 but he doesn’t need to be anything else because this isn’t his story 🤷♀️ He serves his purpose 😅. (Really can't wait to read his story 🥵). The world Swallow created here is tightly written and plotted, beautifully outlined and expertly related. I've felt captivated throughout the story. I'll definitely recommend to others, and will be subscribing 🖤"

"Wonderfully written. Such an addicting story with so many engaging plots. I can’t wait to see what comes from the two baby girls that match. And Sabrina and Lucifer’s lover!! Also onyx and Sabrina affiliation is such a good plot. I want to know what happens to the sub alphas though and more on Becca and her being a new mom. I miss reading about her and Orpheus and caspian and Scorpeo. I love reading your stories, you are my favorite author. Thank you so much for not giving up on your craft. "

I actually enjoyed the diversion into Moon Tears and back again; not vital but a really good way to seamlessly educate without making this book too busy. I had almost forgotten just how much I loved the sub alphas and am looking forward to each of them getting the mate they deserve lol. "

"Oh my, this story 🥵 what a ride... The author balanced plot and smut fairly well. The story has a high pace. From the psychological point of view, Sabrina's development is progressing by the hour. Realistically, a day in this story is more like a month in personal growth (in my opinion). [SPOILER; don’t read ahead) I miss a part in the story; she just found out her children are half bear, half wolf. That is of no concern??? Of course, they shifted into their wolves, so they at least have one (and I guess that's why Hans distanced himself and said they were 'her children, instead of ours and his), but they still have half their DNA from a bear"
