Prolog
Anna's pov
A fifteen year old girl named Anna (aka me) was going to her first day of high-school with no friends because she was new to the city. When she walk into the new school she bumped into a girl that looked to be a few years older than her. "Oh my goodness im so sorry I'm so clumsy" the girl said, "Hi I'm Payton what's your name" I stood up and took a step back "I'm Anna nice to meet you Payton. I'm new to the school." She asked "What grade are you in?" I was i bit confused why she was talking to me but she seamed really nice so i opened up "Oh im in 9th grade" She gave me a suprized look but she said "Ohh a little freshman the guys in my grade are going to fall for you so hard." I was confused why she siad that so I just asked her "Why?" She just said "I'm a junior and the guy would love a hottie like you." Then she started to explain things about our school like what to wear and what to act like and we soon became friends. Since I was in 11th grade calculus I had a class with her and lunch.
At lunch she introduced me to some of her friends and we sat down with them. She told me that she was a Christian and I told her that I was too but I was looking for a church ever since I moved so she invited me to her church and youth group that weekend. A few minutes after we sat down these two really tall cute twin boys came over to the table but the only to sets open where on my left and right great.
They introduced themselves as Joshua and Caleb. They went to the same church as payton so I would be seeing then this weekend. I guess I was stairing of into space because I heard my name being called by payton "Anna, Anna, Anna hello"
"Oh I'm sorry I got lost in a day dream." I said felling bad that she had to try to get my attention.
"So me and the twins would like to invite you to the fca group at school."
"What in the world is that?" I asked to no one in particular.
Joshua spoke up and said "Fca is federal Christian athletes. It's really fun I hope you join us sometime and there's a metting tonight if you want to come."
"Thanks but I would have a ride how I ride the bus and my mom works late..." I was mide sentence went Joshua interupted.
"I can drive you home if you wanted." He gave my the cutest little smile and I felt my face heating up.
I finally gave in and said "Sure let me text my mom and tell her I'll be home late."
I went to my contacts in my phone to text my mom when Joshua took my phone and put his number in and texted himself. The bell range for our next call and he patted me on the head and said "See ya later little one." And winked at me. I felt my heart skip a beat before I said bye.
Later that day in calculus i took a set in the middle row and then I saw Joshua great I'm not going to learn at all in this class, and of course he took a set next to me.
Mide class he tapped on my shoulder and I got the chills. "Hey I dont understand how to do this can you help me?" He asked
"Okay what part do you not understand?"
"Um all of it."
"Do you want to met up after fca? I can tutor you."
"Sure, why not see ya later cutie." Omg my heart jumped when he said that and I know for a fact i started blushing.
"Bye" I said nervously when the bell range.
He walk out with me and asked "Whats your next class?"
"Oh I have P.E next why?"
"Same, we can walk together."
"Okay but I need to go put my stuff away."
He stood next to my locker looking at me when i put my stuff away. When i stood up he put his arm around my shoulder and i said "Really?"
"Yeah, why not it's a friendly gesture."
We walked in silence and when we got there we ran 20 laps but on my 19th lap I got dizzy and everything started to go black and I think I collapsed. When i woke up i was in a room that looked to be the nurse's office and Joshua was standing next to me. "Hey how are you doing?"
"I still fell like crap but otherwise I'm fine. Thanks for asking."
The nurse came in and she told me that she called my mom but she didn't answer so i would have to stay at school. "I can drive her home if you want me to Anna. " Joshua offered
"Thanks Joshua but I wouldnt want you to miss any classes."
"Its okay anything for you little one." I saw a twinkle in his eyes when he looked at my so I gave in.
The nurse interupted us "She's still not stable to walk I have a wheelchair if you want to take her in that."
"It's okay I can carry her." So with that he picked me up like I was a little kid and we went to his car.
