Summary

To My Dearest Cat Woman, Do you still remember me? We met fourteen years ago when we were sixteen. You accused me of contemplating suicide and dragged both of us off the cliff. I hated you that morning, but in the end, you became my very best friend. You brought color to my life in a way no one else ever did, making me fall in love with you. For years, you meant everything to me. I thought I meant the same to you. I was wrong. I don't blame you for our separation because I ruined us too. Maybe if things had gone differently, we’d still be laughing together like we always did. Instead, now you and I are nothing more than strangers. I hadn’t seen you for years until last Thursday. You were sitting in a taxi, I was in the car right next to yours, but I only noticed you when the light turned green. I shouted your name, even tried to catch up to your taxi, but the traffic swallowed you up. I lost you. Again. Maybe it's crazy to write online like this. But I don’t know how else to reach you. You might never read this post. But if by chance you do, I just want to say that I miss you. I am sorry for what happened to us. We might be married to other people, but I will always care about you, no matter what. If you read this, would you call me? Maybe we can be friends again, just like before when we were sixteen?
