Hoorah for Alex!

"Another winner with Live Again! I picked up this book simply because it was written by Alex. I read her other novel, and loved it as well. This short novel is filled with action, along with deep rooted pain. The scenes are well written and very descriptive. The main character, Jack, is young and troubled, and because of the way Alex works her magic, you feel every bit of what he is going through. Grammar and punctuation are almost perfect (Very hard to find something wrong). The only thing I had an issue with this book is it has a sub-genre of romance. Sadly there are one or two chapters where Jack is with his love interest. Not necessarily qualifying this as a romance in my eyes. Perhaps if it was longer, and we got to know more about the love interest, the sub-genre would work. So perhaps I would re-categorize the sub-genre to action and not romance. But other than that, great work once again Alex!"

The characters create the perfect blend of good and evil seen throughout the story. The plot is well balanced and moves smoothly from one scene to the next. A great thriller

"The first chapter pulled me in right away, I always like it when a story gives a sneak peak of what's going to happen at the climax, it really makes you want to keep reading. The descriptions flowed nicely and the characters were engaging, Though, I think a couple more interactions with Courtney would've been nice so that her loss drives a much bigger impact to not just Jack, but to the readers as well. Besides that, I had a good time reading this story!"
