Synopsis

Behind every powerful kingdom lies a story seldom told - of a queen whose heart bore the weight of a crown, of sacrifice, resilience, and silent strength.

At just fourteen, Saherunissa was betrothed to the crown prince of Zaydanabad, Sikander Shah Zaydan, a mighty kingdom where alliances were forged not by love, but by duty. As the first and beloved wife of a king who later married five more consorts for political gain, she remained the unwavering pillar of the empire. A queen, a mother, and a woman who endured heartbreak and power in equal measure.

Now forty, she is the revered Queen Mother of four princes and two princesses, each child raised with values she fought to preserve, and each fiercely protective of the woman they call mother.

Her eldest son, now twenty-five, saw it all from behind the wall. The silent suffering, the swallowed sobs, the lonely nights. And the day he first held a sword, he vowed it would not only be used to conquer—but to protect her. His mother. His queen. His everything.

This is not a fairytale of princesses and palaces. It is the untold story of the woman who held a kingdom together while her own heart cracked silently. A woman judged for her stern gaze and cold composure, but never seen for the battles she endured behind velvet curtains.

The Queen - Mother of the Kingdom is a tale of pain, power, and silent rebellion—a tribute to the forgotten empresses who shaped the fate of empires while burying their own dreams. It is time her story was heard.

"They remember me as a queen... but no one dares ask what it cost me to become one"

"Let them call me cold. I gave my warmth to my children so they would never burn like I did”

"My daughters will write their own destinies—even if I must burn every tradition to light their path"
