Chapter 1 ♥️♥️♥️
Rrring!Rrring!Rrring!(The siren wails for lunch)
"Finally!the class was so boring,I almost died of boredom"Stella says relieved,she turns and sees Kelly packing her books.
"Kelly,are you going to the cafeteria?"Stella asks as she packs her bag .
"Nah, I'm just going to the library"Kelly says
"Okay ,see you later,bye "Stella says as she waves her bye .Kelly nods at her and heads towards the library
***********Kelly's pov************
The hallway leading to the library was crowded;with people chatting with each other, I'm trying my best to be invisible because I always attract the attention of bullies with my features.Well, I'm the freak of the school with my ginger curly hair with blue eyes paired with freckles and big glasses.i want to go to the library with no problem from the bullies but it seem luck is not on my side
"Well,well,well,......look who's here,the freak of the school."
"Excuse me, I have somewhere to go."says Kelly as she tries to walk on ,but is stopped by Bianca.
"Where do you think you're going,Freak?"Bianca says as she pushes Kelly who falls with a thud.
"Never cross my path again or else you'll be in more trouble than this ,Bitch!"Bianca says as she strodes off with her friends.Kelly stands up,wipes the dirt off her dress and continues to the library like nothing happened.
Kelly looks for a secluded area in the library and goes to sit there with piles of books she had taken from the shelf.As she reads the books,she got completely immersed in the books that she lost track of time.When she realizes the time,it was past 6:00pm.
"Oh God! I'm late, I shouldn't be in school by now,I should leave before the security comes around". Kelly says as she takes her bag to leave.When she reaches the hallway,the light begins to blink furiously.she gets scared and tries to walk faster .At that moment,a slender figure dashed passed her ,she tries to run but the figure dashed passed her again.At that moment,a voice echoes "RUN!RUN!RUN!!!"Kelly runs out of the school frightened. As she runs out the figure looks at her with a creepy smile
~Next day~
Kelly tries to tell Stella what she saw but Stella doesn't believe her.
"I know what I saw. "Kelly tries to explain herself.
"So you're telling me you saw a ghost yesterday. "Stella says mockingly.
"Yes!"Kelly says trying to convince Stella.
"My dear friend,I think you were hallucinating, because in this era who sees ghost".
"Do they even exist? "Stella asks amusingly
"Since you don't believe me, let end here. " Kelly says sadly
"It's just surprisingly to hear someone talk about ghost in this era" Stella says as she plays with the hem of her dress.
"Don't worry about it,I guess I was just hallucinating."Kelly says comfortingly.But she knows that what she saw was real and she was not hallucinating,so she decides to stay after school.
After everyone left the school,she goes to washroom to wash her face .she bends to wash her face,she raises her head to look in the mirror and sees a figure . The figure has half of her face covered with her hair and her eyes is completely black with no pupil,her face is pale with chapped lips staring at her . Kelly tries to run but finds the door locked The light in the room starts to blink furiously. She looks in the mirror and finds the figure still staring at her
"Who are you?" She asks the figure but got no answer.
"Who are you? " She asks again and still got no answer. The light blinks again and this time,she finds the figure Infront of her.
"Aaaaah!! how did ......how did .......did you get here?"she asks stuttering fearfully.
"You are very stubborn,I warned you the last time but you decided to return due to foolishness. I knew you were the right person."the figure says
"Who are you and what do you mean by I'm the right person?"Kelly asks now seriously frightened and looks for an escape.
"I'm Maluci, a spirit from the underworld."says the figure.
"Huh! What did you says?! "exclaimed Kelly.
"You heard me right and since you came here on your own accord, I would like to use you "Maluci says menacingly.
"What .....what do ...do you mean?" Kelly ask stuttering fearfully
"I mean this" she gives a creepy smile and Kelly feels herself being lifted off the ground and begins to suffocate she tries to speak .
"Please,please spare ... please spare me." She forces herself to say. Maluci stops smiling and Kelly flew to the other end of the washroom and falls with a thud. Kelly groans painfully and gathers courage to question the figure in verge of tears.
"Urggghh!What have I done to you?"She starts trembling with fear as Maluci turns to face her abruptly with all the courage vanishing into thin air . In a blink of an eye, Maluci is at her side. As she moves towards her,she feels terrified that she almost pissed
in her pants.
"What do you want?"she asks still terrified
"This!"exclaims Maluci as she presses her wrist tightly which causes Kelly to shout in pain. She touched Kelly's forehead with hers and looks straight into her eyes which causes her to feel light-headed and dizzy.As she also stares into her ,the spirit starts possessing her.She tries fighting against the spirit but to no avail . With her eyes closed, Kelly starts shouting in agony. When the spirit fully entered her ,the place suddenly becomes quiet.she opens her eyes and looks at herself in the mirror.
"Finally,haahh,it feels good to be back inside a body ."says Maluci feeling excited and relieved.
