Prologue: Sarah is the way to live
Dad's drunk again…
well how about that. Nothing to my life really feels like I should look forward to, but I have this hazy feeling that something is worth living For

I watch my father stomp around in the kitchen and rummage through a cabinet and find a lighter to light his cigarette
He walks toward me and lights the cigarette
And blowing the smoke in my face
Dare I say anything And I jeopardize my own life
Constantly being at the mercy of my dad's mood.
What a god damn shameful life i must live
Good thing I only got a burn mark from his cigarette to turn it off

I walk into my room and get ready for school

Gavin, a human like me who's a total dick to everybody, but for some odd reason he's come to take a liking to harassing me the most. I fucking hate it…
Kaven who's also human, he's incredibly stupid but just the right amount. He's also short…
Neon who's a cat and has red hair. He has an attitude but can be sweet at times when needed…
Jeff, who's a pale and outgoing kid, loves to code and program bots and hack into things. He's genuinely an expert at what he does

Dj who is pinks boyfriend. He's a tall and weighty man who has dark skin and purple coily hair and likes to play football
Jinx who is dj’s cousin, she's very sweet to me. But she's sweet to everyone…she has pink hair and always carries a music box around because she says it's “good luck”
Dalo who's obsessed with jewels and is blue…for an odd reason…in our world we have either humans or anthromorphs which are usually always human, whatever dalo’s heritage is. It led to his skin being blue
