Chapter 1
He opened his eyes.
He was lying inside a strange camp, surrounded by people he had never seen before.
He slowly sat up, confused.
“Where am I?”
A boy nearby looked at him. “You’re in the camp. We found you unconscious three days ago.”
The boy paused.
“What’s your name?”
He opened his mouth.
Nothing.
He couldn't remember.
Not his name.
Not his family.
Not even where he came from.
“I… don’t know.”
The boy stared at him.
And somewhere beyond the camp, a mysterious horn sounded.
Neither of them knew it yet, but that sound was the beginning of a journey that would uncover a forgotten past—and a secret someone had tried to bury forever.
