Disclaimer: I do not own the anime/manga “Naruto” or “Go-Toubun no Hanayome/The Quintessential Quintuplets”. The only thing I own is this alternate/parallel story that I have written for fun for curious readers.

The reflection in the mirror of the modest bathroom did not show the Hero of the Fourth Shinobi World War. It didn’t show a hyperactive blonde dressed in orange. The young man staring back at him had hair as black as night, spiky and messy in all directions, with two rebellious strands falling to frame a face with sharp and attractive features. His eyes, once a vibrant sky blue, were now as dark as coal, deep and serene. His complexion was pale (compared to his former semi-tanned skin), flawless, without the characteristic whisker marks on his cheeks because he was no longer the Kyūbi’s Jinchūriki.
Naruto, who deep down still considered himself an Uzumaki, sighed as he adjusted the collar of his dress shirt. At eighteen years old, his imposing height of 1.90 meters forced him to lean slightly over the sink to get a good look at himself. His body was a masterpiece of genetics and effort; his heritage as a Saiyan (a warrior race that Kami-sama had vaguely told him about) coupled with his daily training, had granted him dense, compact, and defined musculature, as if he had been sculpted from marble. His physical development was, in every sense, prodigious and abnormally mature for his age, endowed with an overwhelming masculine anatomy that radiated an almost intimidating vitality and presence.
‘An orphan again...’he thought with a mix of melancholy and mild irritation, straightening his tie.
He couldn’t help but feel a bit angry at Kami-sama. He vividly remembered his death in his past life. The extreme exhaustion, every cell in his body screaming in agony from the absolute drainage of Chakra. He and the “Teme” Sasuke had done it; they had sealed Kaguya Ōtsutsuki before his own body collapsed against the ground, exhaling his last breath with a smile of a duty fulfilled.
When he woke up in an ethereal plane, Kami-sama offered him a new opportunity. Naruto was happy, of course. He wanted to live, he wanted to experience the peace he had fought so hard for. But his joy was dampened when he realized he wouldn’t return to his original body, nor would he see his friends grow old. Instead, his soul was placed into the body of a newborn baby in a completely different world. With no biological parents in sight, he grew up in the orphanage system of this strange and peaceful “Japan”.
However, Kami-sama hadn’t been entirely cruel. As an apology for the bureaucratic inconvenience of reincarnation, he granted him “little” gifts. In this life, Naruto possessed literally limitless Chakra reserves. Over the years, he discovered he had access to any ability he desired, including the feared Dōjutsus. Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan... a single thought was enough for his dark eyes to mutate into the divine patterns. He knew, with absolute certainty, that if that crazy bitch Kaguya appeared in his living room right this moment, he could annihilate or subdue her without even breaking a sweat. His current power was so vast that it sometimes scared him.
But there was a problem: this world was painfully “normal”.
Here, there were no ninjas from hidden villages, no jutsus, and no tailed beasts. If Naruto decided to walk down the street stepping on thin air or breathing fire, the government wouldn’t take a day to capture him. The idea of ending up strapped to an operating table, being dissected by curious scientists, was enough to convince him to keep a low profile.
He left the bathroom, grabbed his briefcase, and looked at his small apartment located in Tokai City, in Aichi Prefecture. It was a humble place, but paid for by the sweat of his brow. He could have used the Rinnegan or Earth Release to transmute rocks into gold, or simply create money out of thin air, but inflation, the scrutiny of tax authorities (the dreaded Japanese IRS), and human laws were headaches he preferred to avoid.
Instead, he used another one of his advantages. His photographic memory and mental processing capacity, exponentially enhanced by his new genetics, allowed him to devour academic books as if they were comic books. He obtained his license and registration as a legal tutor at a record age. He was absurdly good at his job, teaching mathematics, history, science, and literature with the patience of a monk and the precision of a scholar.
“Well, time to go to work,” he muttered to himself, turning off the lights and stepping out into the hallway.
Tokai’s spring air greeted him as he left the building. The city was bustling but peaceful. As he walked through the streets, it was impossible for him to go unnoticed. With his colossal height for the Japanese average, his athletic bearing that dress clothes could barely hide, and that serene, exotic face, he attracted the gazes of many women and teenagers who whispered upon seeing him pass by. Naruto politely ignored them; his mind was focused on the new contract he had landed.
An incredibly wealthy man, a renowned doctor named Maruo Nakano, had contacted him personally based on his impeccable references. The pay was exorbitant, enough to cover a year’s rent for his apartment with just a couple of months of work. The goal: to ensure that Maruo’s daughters did not fail and managed to graduate.
‘Rich and spoiled brats, surely...’Naruto thought while waiting at the traffic light, with his hands in his pockets.‘Well, I’ve dealt with worse. I’ve tamed a nine-tailed demon fox; a couple of rebellious teenagers shouldn’t be a challenge.’
After about a twenty-minute walk at a leisurely pace, he arrived at the location indicated on his phone’s GPS. His dark eyes looked up to behold an immense and luxurious high-rise apartment building. The glass reflected the evening sunlight. It was the kind of place where the elevators probably had solid gold buttons.
He entered the marble lobby, greeted the concierge (who looked at him with some intimidation due to his height), and took the elevator to the penthouse. The ride was silent. Upon reaching the correct floor, he found himself facing double mahogany wooden doors that screamed opulence.
Naruto straightened his tie one last time, adopted a professional posture, and pressed the doorbell.
The softding-dongechoed inside. He heard a distant commotion, the sound of hurried footsteps, and curiously, several voices arguing.
The door opened.
Naruto blinked. In front of him stood a girl his age, or perhaps a year younger, with beautiful blue eyes and long red hair adorned with two star-shaped hairpins on each side of her head. The girl looked at him, first with curiosity, and then, having to look up so high to meet his eyes, with an evident blush creeping up her cheeks at the young man’s imposing and attractive figure.
“Um... yes? Who are you?” asked the red-haired girl (Itsuki), trying to maintain her composure.
Before Naruto could answer and present his credentials, four other heads peeked out from behind the door. His black eyes widened a fraction of a millimeter in pure surprise.
A girl with short hair and a long strand on the right side next to an asymmetrical accessory (earring); another with headphones around her neck and a very shy demeanor; one with a green ribbon shaped like bunny ears; and finally, one with waist-length hair featuring twin butterfly-shaped ribbons on both sides of her head, and square bangs hanging over her eyebrows.
There were five of them. And the most baffling thing of all... they had the exact same face.
Naruto took a deep breath, processing the information at lightning speed. Maruo Nakano didn’t just have “daughters” in plural.
He had quintuplets. And from the looks the five girls were giving him—a mix of awe, distrust, blushing, and curiosity—the Hero of the Fourth Shinobi World War knew immediately that this S-Rank mission was going to be much more complicated than sealing a primordial goddess.
“Good afternoon,” Naruto said, his deep and calm voice echoing in the hallway, breaking the five girls’ stunned silence. “My name is Naruto. Starting today, I am your new private tutor.”
The silence that followed Naruto’s introduction was so thick it could almost be cut with a kunai. The five girls blinked, processing not only the news that they had a tutor, but the overwhelming presence of the young man standing on the threshold of their door.
For the Nakano quintuplets, the word “tutor” evoked the image of a strict old man with thick glasses or, at best, a nervous and wimpy college student they could easily manipulate. However, the man in front of them completely shattered that stereotype. With his 1.90-meter stature, Naruto towered over them like a building. His white dress shirt and custom-made dark trousers could barely contain his body’s dense and sculpted musculature. Every subtle movement of his arms or chest strained the fabric, betraying a physical build that none of them had ever seen in person, much less on someone their own age.
The first to break the spell was the girl with the green bunny-ear ribbon, Yotsuba. Her eyes sparkled with pure fascination as she took a step forward, closing the distance without an ounce of fear.
“Waaaah! You’re so tall!” exclaimed Yotsuba, tilting her head way back to look him in the face. “You look like a professional athlete! Do you play basketball? Baseball? Hi, I’m Yotsuba Nakano!”
Naruto offered a small, polite smile, feeling that the girl’s hyperactive energy reminded him a bit of his own youth.
“No, I don’t play any sports professionally,” he replied in a deep voice. “It’s a pleasure, Yotsuba-san.”
“Hold on, wait a minute...” interrupted an authoritative voice. The girl with the square bangs and twin butterfly ribbons, Nino, pushed her way through her sisters. She crossed her arms, frowning in an attempt to look intimidating, although the slight blush on her cheeks as she scanned Naruto’s attractive face and imposing physique detracted somewhat from her fierceness. “Tutor? Dad didn’t tell us absolutely anything about a tutor. Besides, we don’t need anyone. You can turn right around and leave the way you came.”
Nino glared at him, expecting the boy to shrink back or hesitate. Instead, Naruto’s dark eyes, as black as coal, rested on her with a disturbing calm. There was no irritation, no nervousness. It was the look of someone who had faced gods and demons; a rich teenager’s tantrum was like a gentle breeze to him.
“I understand your father didn’t inform you, Nakano-san,” Naruto said, paying little mind to the young girl’s hostility. “However, the contract is already signed. Maruo-san has paid me in advance to ensure that all five of you manage to graduate without failing.”
“H-Hey, don’t call us stupid in such a polite way!” snapped Itsuki, the redhead with the stars in her hair, crossing her arms as her face turned the color of a ripe tomato, whether out of indignation or because of the black-haired boy’s deep voice vibrating in her ears.
“Well, well...” murmured the eldest sister, Ichika, peeking out with a mischievous smile. She wore a loose jacket that revealed a bit of her shoulders and looked Naruto up and down with blatant appreciation. “Dad sure knows how to give us a surprise. Hello, handsome. If you’re going to be our tutor, maybe studying won’t be so boring after all.”
The last sister, Miku, simply clutched the headphones around her neck, hiding half of her face behind her bangs. She watched Naruto in silence, feeling strangely self-conscious. There was something about him, a kind of heavy and magnetic aura that made her feel small, yet at the same time prevented her from looking away.
“Excuse me,” Naruto said.
He didn’t wait for an invitation to come in. With a firm and confident step, he crossed the threshold. The sisters, almost by instinct, stepped aside to give him space. His sheer presence filled the hallway. Naruto took off his dress shoes in the entryway with fluid movements and slipped into some house slippers that were evidently a bit too small for him.
He walked toward the main living room, and his eyes registered everything in a fraction of a second thanks to his photographic memory. The penthouse was gigantic, decorated with modern and minimalist luxury, featuring large windows that offered a panoramic view of the city. The leather sofas, the giant flat-screen TV, and the pristine polished hardwood floor screamed money.
‘And to think my first apartment in Konoha had leaks and smelled like stale ramen,’he thought, caught between amusement and nostalgia.
He spun on his heels to face the five sisters, who had followed him into the living room. Nino was furious, Yotsuba curious, Itsuki defensive, Ichika amused, and Miku expectant.
Naruto placed his briefcase on the glass coffee table. The soft metallicclackechoed in the spacious room, capturing everyone’s attention.
“Alright, ladies. Let’s get something straight right from the start,” Naruto began. His tone wasn’t aggressive, but it possessed a natural and unbreakable authority, the same authority he once used to lead entire armies. “I am not here to invade your personal space, nor to be a dictator, much less to be your enemy. My only job, and what I do for a living, is to make sure you five pass your exams.”
Nino clenched her fists.
“I already told you we don’t want you here! I don’t care how handsome or how tall you are, I’m not going to let a stranger come and give us orders in our own house!” she yelled, pointing at the door. “Leave right now or I’ll call the police!”
For a microsecond, Naruto considered how easy it would be to use a simple Genjutsu to calm them all down and force them to sit and study. But he discarded the idea instantly. He had sworn not to use his divine powers for trivial shortcuts. Besides, he wanted to live a normal human life, and normal humans dealt with things by talking.
Instead of responding to Nino’s threat, Naruto let out an almost imperceptible sigh. He straightened his posture, reaching his maximum height. Unconsciously, he let a tiny, almost microscopic amount of his spiritual pressure leak into the air. It wasn’t killing intent, nor aggressive Chakra; it was pure and simple presence.
The atmosphere in the room seemed to suddenly grow heavier. The oxygen felt dense. The five sisters held their breath at the same time, feeling a shiver run down their spines. Suddenly, the messy black-haired young man didn’t just seem like an attractive boy anymore; he felt like an immovable mountain, a force of nature against which any resistance was futile.
Nino took a step back, swallowing hard, her bravado evaporating into thin air. Miku shrank behind Yotsuba, and even the always-relaxed Ichika tensed up, her eyes wide open.
“As I was saying,” Naruto continued, his deep voice breaking the magical tension and allowing the girls to breathe normally again, “I would prefer if we did this peacefully. My name is Naruto Uzumaki. But to you, during study hours, I will simply be ‘Sensei’.”
He opened his briefcase and took out five thick stacks of printed sheets, placing them neatly on the glass table.
“Now, please, take a seat,” he instructed, pointing to the sofas with an elegant wave of his hand. “I have prepared an initial diagnostic test. I need to know exactly what academic level you are at in order to design a personalized study plan for each of you.”
The quintuplets looked at each other, completely disarmed. Naruto’s authority was absolute and, in some inexplicable way, they felt compelled to obey. In silence, one by one, they began to walk toward the sofas to take a seat around the table.
Naruto watched them settle in, noting out of the corner of his eye how the fabric of his own trousers pulled uncomfortably tight against his thighs as he moved, a constant reminder of the overdeveloped body he now inhabited. He loosened his tie knot a little, preparing himself mentally.
...
..
.
The only sound in the spacious and luxurious living room was the rhythmic scratching of pencils against paper, occasionally interrupted by the heavy sighs of frustration escaping the quintuplets’ lips.
Naruto remained standing by the immense windows, his arms crossed over his broad chest. His deep, dark eyes scanned the room with a hawk’s precision. His senses, sharpened by his alien genetics (Saiyan) and his passive Chakra, picked up every minuscule detail: the scent of the different floral shampoos each sister used, Itsuki’s accelerated heartbeat from test anxiety, and the way Yotsuba nervously chewed on her pencil eraser.
Despite having identical faces, their postures and auras were completely distinct. Miku was hunched over, almost hiding behind the sheet of paper; Ichika rested her cheek on her free hand, staring blankly into space with an expression of boredom; and Nino wrote and erased with unnecessary force, channeling her irritation into the exam.
‘If Kakashi-sensei or Iruka-sensei could see me now, they’d probably laugh out loud,’Naruto thought, allowing himself a very slight nostalgic smile that softened his sharp features for a second. He remembered what a terrible student he had been at the Ninja Academy, always falling asleep or pulling pranks. However, life, war, and his new mental capacity had transformed him into exactly what he used to hate: a scholarly teacher.
“Time,” announced Naruto. His deep voice cut the air like a blade, making Yotsuba jump.
Exactly sixty minutes had passed. Naruto turned away from the window and walked toward the glass table. His steps were silent, a deeply ingrained habit from his life as a shinobi that, added to his large size, proved strangely hypnotic and slightly intimidating.
He stopped in front of them and held out a large hand, with long fingers and knuckles faintly scarred from years of punching things much harder than steel.
“Hand in the papers, please.”
Nino was the first to toss her exam onto the table, crossing her arms and looking away with a huff. Itsuki handed hers over with both hands and her head bowed, muttering an inaudible apology. Miku slid her paper across the table without meeting his eyes. Yotsuba handed it to him with a nervous smile, and Ichika simply offered it up, “accidentally” brushing Naruto’s fingers with her own while giving him a wink.
Naruto ignored the eldest sister’s flirting with professional stoicism. He took the stack of papers and sat in the large single armchair facing the girls’ sofa. Due to his imposing height and colossal muscle development, the armchair seemed a bit small. He readjusted, parting his legs slightly and shifting his posture to relieve the pressure of his dress pants on his thick musculature and bulging crotch, an unconscious and purely masculine movement meant to find comfort.
Nino and Miku, who were sitting right across from him, immediately looked away. Both their cheeks flushed a furious scarlet red when they noticed, despite their attempts not to, how “well-endowed” their new tutor was. Ichika, on the other hand, bit her lower lip to suppress a wicked smirk, while Itsuki and Yotsuba were too focused on the exam to notice the black-haired boy’s anatomy.
Naruto was oblivious to the subtle hormonal chaos he had generated. He picked up the first sheet. His dark eyes scanned the paper in a fraction of a second.
Speed reading and photographic memory. He processed Miku’s information. He moved on to Nino’s. Then Yotsuba. Ichika. Itsuki.
In less than twenty seconds, he lowered the papers and placed them on the table.
Silence returned. Naruto interlaced his fingers and rested his elbows on his knees, leaning forward. His face was a mask of inscrutable seriousness.
“Well?” asked Nino, breaking the tension with a defensive tone. “You didn’t even look at them properly. I suppose you’re going to take the weekend to grade them, right? If you’re a fraud, tell us now and save us all from wasting our valuable time.”
“I have already graded them,” Naruto replied, his tone so calm that it contrasted sharply with the short-haired girl’s hostility.
The five sisters’ eyes widened.
“Eh? All of them? In twenty seconds?” Yotsuba blinked, incredulous. “That’s impossible, Uza... Uzuma-sensei!”
“I possess a photographic memory and high-speed reading comprehension. One of the reasons your father hired me, Yotsuba-san, is because I am exceptionally efficient,” explained Naruto, keeping his gaze fixed on the group. “And, unfortunately, that efficiency has allowed me to realize the magnitude of the problem we have on our hands.”
Naruto leaned back against the armchair and sighed. If it weren’t for the fact that he now had the emotional control of a monk, he would have facepalmed.
“Ladies... this is an absolute disaster.”
“H-Hey!” Itsuki jumped up, red with indignation and embarrassment. “I tried really hard on that test! You can’t just say it’s a disaster!”
“Itsuki-san, you got a zero in math, a ten in literature, and a five in history,” Naruto said without needing to look at the papers, reciting from memory. “Nino-san, you have an almost non-existent score in English. Miku-san, you excel slightly in history, but you drew a blank in science. Ichika-san, you left half the exam blank to doodle in the margins. And Yotsuba-san...” Naruto looked at her, “your enthusiasm is admirable, but you misspelled your own name on two of the pages, and your average grade is a three out of a hundred.”
The penthouse was plunged into a deathly, sepulchral silence. Nino’s pride shattered, Itsuki sat back down slowly on the sofa as if her energy had been drained, Miku hid her face even more behind her hair, Yotsuba laughed nervously while scratching the back of her neck, and Ichika whistled under her breath.
“If you were in a normal grading system from my old... from any other strict school,” Naruto quickly corrected himself, “you would have already been expelled for poor academic performance. You are on the verge of totally failing out.”
“Tch... And what do you care?” muttered Nino, crossing her legs. “Our dad has money. We’ll pass the year one way or another. We don’t need some overdeveloped babysitter lecturing us.”
Naruto closed his eyes for a second. The infinite patience he had developed while trying to teach jutsus to Konohamaru in his past life was being put to the test.
“I care because it’s my job, and I am a man of my word.” He opened his eyes, and for a moment, a tiny flash of red gleamed in his dark pupils, a harmless but imposing reflection of his contained power that made Nino shrink back instinctively. “Besides, Maruo-san has made it clear that if you don’t pass your next midterms, he will suspend your credit cards, your allowance, and force you to transfer to a strict boarding school abroad. Separated.”
That was the final blow. The five sisters snapped their heads up, pale, looking at him in pure horror.
“W-What? Dad would do that?” stammered Itsuki.
“It’s in the contract I signed. So, even if you don’t want me here,” Naruto stood up, his colossal figure obscuring the overhead ceiling light and casting a large shadow over them, “we’re stuck with each other. Your father hired me to save you from yourselves.”
He walked to the table, gathered the exams, and packed them neatly into his briefcase.
“The good news is that I have detected a pattern. Individually, none of you achieve a passing grade. But if I add up each of your highest scores in your specific subjects... together you make up the exact perfect score of a single exemplary student.”
He looked each of them in the eye.
“Therefore, I am not going to teach five idiots, like you think I see you. I am going to teach five parts of a genius that refuse to cooperate. Our schedule will begin tomorrow at exactly four in the afternoon. If anyone is late, I will assign double the homework. Have an excellent night, Misses Nakano.”
Without waiting for an answer or allowing them to reply, Naruto grabbed his briefcase, headed for the entrance, changed his shoes, and left the penthouse, closing the heavy mahogany door behind him.
Once in the hallway, alone in front of the elevator, Naruto let out a sigh so long it deflated his chest.
‘Kami-sama... I wish you had thrown Kaguya into that living room instead of those five,’he thought, pinching the bridge of his nose. It was going to be an extremely long year.

Omake 1
Thick, fragrant steam smelling of roasted pork and soy sauce spiraled up into the city’s night sky. The small, traditional street ramen stand, illuminated by red paper lanterns swaying gently in the spring breeze, was Naruto Uzumaki’s sacred refuge.
“Here you go, kid! Bowl number fifteen, an extra-large Tonkotsu with a double portion of chashu!” exclaimed the stand’s old cook, an affable man who looked with a mix of pride and sheer terror at the stack of empty bowls piling up next to the messy black-haired young man.
“Thanks, old man,” Naruto replied with a genuine smile, picking up his chopsticks.
He was dressed very casually: a dark hoodie with the hood pulled down which, despite being loose, failed to hide the massive breadth of his shoulders, and baggy sweatpants. After dealing with the five quintuplets, his appetite—a monstrous combination of his Saiyan heritage and his Uzumaki spiritual lineage—demanded calories in industrial quantities.
As he devoured the noodles at a speed that defied the laws of physics, without spilling a single drop of broth, Naruto used his free hand to unroll the week’s local newspaper that someone had left forgotten on the wooden counter.
His dark, calm eyes scanned the pages with boredom, skipping over the politics and economics news, until they stopped dead in their tracks at the “Society and Education” section.
The headline, printed in large letters, read: [The Diamond of Kyoto: The Young Prodigy Breaking All National Records].
Below it, there was a photograph. It showed an eighteen-year-old teenager dressed in an impeccable school uniform. He had dark bluish hair, straight and slightly messy, with two characteristic antenna-like strands sticking up on top. His face was serious, almost apathetic, with a sharp, intelligent look behind piercing eyes.
Naruto stopped his chopsticks midway. He chewed the noodles slowly, swallowed, and read the name in the caption.
Fuutarou Uesugi.
A small, almost imperceptible nostalgic smile curved the War Hero’s lips. With a faint ringing in his ears, the city’s bustle around him seemed to fade away, transporting his mind eleven years back in time.
Years ago...
Naruto was seven years old. His body back then was that of a seemingly normal child, but his strength, his Chakra reserves, and his perception were already at levels that would terrify a Kage. He was wandering the crowded streets of Kyoto during a school trip, bored and still adjusting to the rules of this peaceful, strange world without ninjas.
He remembered he was buying an ice cream when his heightened senses picked up on danger before it even happened.
A screeching sound. The desperate squeal of tires against asphalt. The gasped screams of pedestrians.
A car had lost control due to brake failure and was heading straight for the crosswalk at lethal speed. Right in the vehicle’s path, a thin young woman with dark hair and a kind expression had frozen in panic, clutching a shopping bag. It was certain death. The impact was going to tear her apart.
Time seemed to freeze for Naruto.
He didn’t think about it. His body reacted with the instincts forged in the Fourth Shinobi World War. In a fraction of a millisecond, he channeled a micro-current of Chakra into his legs.
To the dozens of witnesses present, it was an inexplicable miracle. A blink, a violent gust of wind that kicked up dust and papers from the ground, and suddenly, the woman was no longer in front of the car’s hood. The vehicle smashed violently into a lamppost, denting heavily, but claiming no victims.
People screamed in disbelief. They looked around, dumbfounded, to find the woman sitting safely on the sidewalk, several meters away from the impact zone, breathing heavily. The crowd began to murmur about guardian angels and miraculous gusts of wind. No one saw anyone approach her. No one saw the child.
But she did see him.
In that microsecond, when the world was a blur of divine speed, Fuutarou Uesugi’s mother felt a strong arm (too strong to belong to a child, yet tiny in size) wrap around her waist. And when she opened her eyes, for a very brief instant before he disappeared again using the Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique), she saw the face of a seven-year-old boy. A boy with messy black hair, with two strands framing a serene face, and dark eyes like bottomless pits that transmitted absolute calm to her.
The boy had saved her life and vanished like a ghost in the wind, without waiting for gratitude.
Present...
Naruto snapped back to the present, resting his chin on his large hand as he finished reading the article.
The news detailed how Fuutarou Uesugi came from a humble family, but thanks to the unceasing emotional support and hard work of his mother (who was alive and well) and his father, the boy had been able to channel his brilliance without the crushing weight of trauma and extreme debt that a tragedy would have entailed. With a united family and a mother who cared for and encouraged him every day, Fuutarou’s intellect had blossomed into a beacon for the country. He had won math, physics, and literature olympiads, and was being courted by the most prestigious universities in the world.
Naruto knew all about destiny. In his previous world, prophecies and destiny dictated who lived, who died, and who became a savior or a demon.
When he saved Mrs. Uesugi eleven years ago, Naruto was aware that he was severing the thread of destiny for that family. He knew that, in the natural flow of events, that woman should have died at that crosswalk. He knew her death would have plunged her husband into depression and debt, and would have forced her little son, Fuutarou, to grow up all at once, becoming cold, calculating, and obsessed with money just to survive.
But Naruto Uzumaki, the boy who had defied destiny throughout his entire first life and had changed the hearts of the coldest killers, was never going to allow someone to die in front of him if he could prevent it. To hell with destiny.
“A prodigy, huh?” muttered Naruto to himself, his deep voice almost inaudible over the sound of the boiling broth. His dark eyes gleamed with quiet satisfaction. “I’m glad you’re using that big brain of yours for something greater than just surviving, Uesugi. Your mother must be very proud of you.”
He folded the newspaper carefully and left it where he had found it. He picked up his fifteenth bowl, lifted it to his lips, and drank the rest of the broth in a single, prolonged gulp, letting out a sigh of pure delight upon finishing.
He stood up, his colossal figure towering over the stand’s counter, and left a wad of bills on the wood, enough to pay his astronomical bill and leave a generous tip.
“That was delicious, old man. Keep the change,” Naruto said, pulling the hoodie over his rebellious black hair.
“T-Thank you very much, kid! Come back whenever you like!” thanked the owner, bowing, still marveling at where that teenager fit so much food.
Naruto turned around and began walking down the illuminated streets of Tokai, hands stuffed into the pockets of his sweatpants. A gentle spring breeze ruffled his hair.
He had altered the history of an entire family with a single move at the age of seven, creating a genius who might change Japan. And he had done it from the shadows, without claiming glory or any payment, like a true shinobi.
He smirked. Life’s irony was curious. The “Diamond of Kyoto”, the national prodigy Fuutarou Uesugi, was living a much better life than some other parallel version of himself where economic problems and forced tutoring were filling him with stress. Meanwhile, he, a Saiyan with the power to split the moon in half, had ended up being the legal tutor for five problematic quintuplets because of a juicy contract and his obligation to lead a “normal”... and boring life.
‘I guess someone had to take up the mantle,’Naruto thought, amused.
He quickened his pace toward his apartment. Tomorrow it was his turn to teach chemistry to the Nakano sisters, and if Nino tried mixing reagents irresponsibly again, he was going to have to use more than just patience to keep the penthouse from blowing to pieces.

Note: Usually Omakes aren’t canon because they are deleted scenes or extras from the main story, but I think I’ll consider this one canon because it’s interesting to expand the plot even more xd.
