I must say being away due to work for over ten months is really exciting but it's also annoying because I haven’t been able to keep in contact with my best friends or my brothers. Heaven knows what they got up.
I arrived home last night while they were both asleep on the sofa in the lounge room. I had to park my car halfway across the street and sneak in the back door up to my room. The first night i was home, is beautiful. It was quiet, and I was relaxed for the first time in ten months.
I got onto my bike that was parked in the garage and drove across town to the auto shop that the guys run. That’s where I can usually find the boys unless they have to work somewhere else.
“Who’s that pulling in?” Nathan asked walking over to me smirking. I turned my bike off and took my helmet off. They all chuckled at Nathan’s shocked expression. I smiled at him as I got off.
“Nathan, who just arrived?” Anthony asked from inside a car. I put my finger to my lips and walked up behind Anthony and Saxon. I put my hand over Saxon's eyes. He quickly turned around with a huge smile.
“Well, who is it?” Anthony asked getting annoyed. That boy has a really short temper sometimes if he doesn't get his way.
“Have a look at yourself.” Cole said smirking as he sent a wink my way.
“Fine.” Anthony mumbled. He stood up slowly mumbling things under his breath. Mind you he doesn’t know that the staff is watching us.
“Why is it every time we have something important to do...” Anthony said but stopped when he saw me.
“Keep being an asshole and I am going to leave.” I said to him with a pointed look.
“Shit Kathy when did you get back?” Anthony said bounding over to me and giving me a bone-crushing hug.
“Tony Smith get off of me.” I said punching him.
“Agh, sorry Kathy.” Tony said rubbing his jaw. I nodded and walked over toward the meeting room. I walked in and sat down in my seat. Everyone walked in behind me laughing a smiling like they always do when I’m here.
“It’s been too long.” Liam said
“We thought you were going to come back in three days.” Graham said over him. I sighed and stood up.
“Please guys one at a time.” I said.
“Sorry sis.” Liam said sitting in his chair.
“Just get back to work. I will see you all tonight.” I said getting up and walking out towards my bike with Cole following me.
“They have done it again.” Cole whispered to me as I got on my bike.
“Again, who is it this time?” I groaned.
“Kyle and Casey.” Cole said making me laugh. Saxon whispered something to Anthony making him smirk and look over at us.
“I’ve got to go.” I giggled kissing his cheek before I put my helmet back on and pulled out of the garage.
I drove my bike all the way to my work and pulled into the parking lot.
I got off and walked in smiling a bright smile.
“Morning Miss Knight.” David my intern said.
“Good morning David.” I said walking into my shared office with Markus.
“Hey Kathy, you sound very happy.” Markus said.
“I saw my guys...” i said but was cut off.
“Miss Knight, you have a Smith and a Clayton here looking for you.” David said opening the door.
“Let them in.” I said smiling.
“Right away Kathy.” David said closing the door.
“What are they doing here?” Markus laughed.
“They have never left me alone.” I smiled typing my password into the computer. As i started typing away i heard the door open making me look up quickly before going back to work.
“You get away with wearing that to work?” Saxon asked no doubt shaking his head.
“It is our company Saxon.” I said pointing to Markus who was looking a bit scared.
“I think i might work in my separated office just get David to get me if you need anything Kathy.” Markus said shutting his laptop and getting up. I nodded and watched him leave. Once he shut the door, I sat back in my chair and unzipped my jacket showing off my see through tank-top.
“Guys what did i say about coming here and scaring all my staff. Guys its not funny.” I groaned.
“Now that’s a sight for sore eyes.” Anthony chuckled.
“Get a job that doesn’t have you annoying the fuck out of me.” I said standing up behind my desk. I walked over to the door and opened it a bit. “David get me three coffees we all have it the same.” I said with my head out the door.
“Okay Miss Knight.” David said walking off towards the kitchen. I shut the door and rested my back against it watching the boys who where looking out the glass window right behind my desk and talking softly to each other.
“Why didn’t you call us to get you this morning?” Saxon asked still looking out the window.
“You two where to cute to wake up last night.” I mumbled loud enough for them to hear.
“You what?!” Anthony said looking at me now in horror.
“You guys where cute.” I smirked moving my sore shoulders.
“I told you that was her car.” Saxon said.
“Damn it i knew we should have feel asleep in her bed room like good old times.” Anthony smirked at me.
“As long as there was no sex in my bed it’s fine.” I said looking at them both. They both swallowed and looked at each other. “Ew guys you are gross. I am going to need to change the covers.” I groaned, just as David came in with our coffee’s.
“Here you go Miss Knight.” David said handing me my cup along with Anthony’s and Saxon.
“Thank you David, i am fine now. Go see if Mark need help with anything. He is on the fourth floor.” I said giving him a half smile.
“I’ll get Abby to go.” David said walking out.
“David, i said you. If i need anything my goons will get it for me. So go.” I said pointing to the door. David shook his head but kept quiet.
“It’s not what you think. If we ever wanted a girl we wouldn’t do it in our house.” Anthony said sipping his drink.
“Anyway we aren't looking to make our relationship bigger yet.” Saxon said with a slight frown. He looked like he was deep in thought so I left it.
“Kathy, how was Australia?” Anthony asked. I looked at him and just smiled.
“Amazing...." I said but was cut off as the office door opened once again.
