Today will be different
Liesel Burrell thought to herself as she looked out the window and contemplated the outline of the day.
After 4 months of no interactions - the Bailey’s had asked to come over for supper.
But the more she thought about it, the more she began to dread what the start of a wonderful day might turn into. Liesel grimaced. Every time the Burrell’s and the Bailey’s got together there was friction - hard friction- between them.
Ever since Hitler’s rise to power. It was all disagreements.
It is just coincidence- isn’t it? Today will be like the old times?
She could only hope.
