Chapter 1: Welcome 2 Senior Year Bit*hes (Part 1)
💕Nyla’s POV💕
Let me introduce myself. My name is Nyla Nova King. I'm 18 years old. You can say I'm the baby of the family and a daddy’s girl. My favorite color is pink. I love to read, write, listen to music, binge watch Tv shows, go shopping, and hanging out with my best friends and cousins; Luna and Isabella. I’m so glad the girls and I will be going to the same school together. I'm hella excited about that. Senior year here we come!!
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP!! I slammed my hands down on my alarm. I sat up in my bed and stretched my body. I threw the covers off of me and walked into my bathroom. I proceed to do my hygiene routine. When I left the bathroom I went to put on my light pink lace booth shorts and lace bra set. I headed to my walk-in closet to figure out what to wear on my first day of school. I found the perfect outfit; a cute pink, yellow, black, and baby blue long sleeve dress with my denim baseball cap.
I grabbed my pink MCM mini backpack and started putting my Rose Gold iPhone 8 plus, wallet, keys, air pods, charger, lipgloss, mints, sunglasses, hand sanitizer, hand lotion, asthma pump, Epi-Pen, and mirror compact. I zipped up my bag and then put on my Rose Gold Apple Watch on my left wrist and earrings on. I took one last look in my mirror and grabbed my things to head downstairs.
I walked into the kitchen and was greeted by my lovely parents Alexander and Chanelle King. ”Hi, Mom, Hi Dad,” I said. ”Hey Princess,” my Dad said while kissing my forehead. ”Hi Sweetie,” my mom said while kissing my cheeks. ”Are you ready for your first day of high school?” my mom asked me while handing me my breakfast. ”Yes I’m so excited mom, ” I said.
While I was finishing my breakfast. My parents decided to sit down at the table with me. ”We want to lay down some ground rules with you before you leave here,” My Dad said. ”Okay,” I said while hesitating. ”We want you to focus on your books and studies,” My Mom said. ”Also, there will be no boys, no drinking, no partying, and your curfew will be 10 o’clock,” My Dad said. ”Okay Daddy,” I said with a smile on my face.
I grabbed my things and kissed my parent's goodbye. ”You have a great first-day baby girl,” My mom said. ”Have a good day at school?” My Dad said. “See you later. I love you” I said. “We love you too princess,” My Dad said. I walked out the door and got in my matte pink BMW M6. When I pulled up to Isabella’s house; I beeped my horn to let her know I’m out here.
She comes outside looking cute as ever. “Hey bitch, ”Isabella said when she got into the car. ”What’s up mama? Are you excited to start high school? ,” I said while I pulled off the curb. ”Hell yeah, I can’t wait to start a new chapter in our lives,” she said. “I feel the same way hun,” I said while laughing and dancing in my seat. Now, we were on our way to pick up Luna.
When we arrived at Luna’s house she was already standing outside waiting for us. ”Hey Boo,” I said. ”Hi HoneyBun,” Luna said. ”I can't wait to start my first year in high school,” Luna said. We went to Dunkin Donuts to get our favorite drink; Iced Caramel Macchiato. We finally arrived at our new school; Kensington High. When we stepped out of the car and we were in shock at how beautiful the school looked.
We proceed to the office to get our schedules and school maps. When we finally arrived at the office we introduced ourselves to the receptionist. When she hands us our schedules. We looked at our paper and found out what classes we are taking this year. We are taking Creative writing, Algebra, Biology, Lunch, U.S. Government, and Spanish.
We decided to put our books in our lockers and headed to our first class; English. We arrived at our class just in time because our new teacher was right behind us. We hurried up to take our seats next to each other in the back of the room.
On the first day of school and we already have homework. UGH!! When the bell rang the girls and I went to our next class; Algebra and let me tell you I hate math with a passion. Isabella and Luna have always been good at math but, I take me FOREVER to understand what the tell my teacher is talking about.
Finally, it's lunchtime. I'm hungry as hell. There's one thing that you should know about me. I'm a complete bitch when I haven't eaten food. I don't play when it comes to my food. Bella, Luna, and I got a pepperoni pizza, Pepsi, 2 chocolate cookies, and a bag of chips.
When we were finished on the lunch line. We walked into the cafe and found a table to enjoy our meal. When I finished my lunch I told the girls to go ahead to the class because I had to pick up my textbook and then use the restroom.
When I walked out of the bathroom I walked into a hard chest; I looked up and I noticed I bumped into the sexiest guy I saw in my life. He had blond hair and beautiful green eyes. I didn't realize I was staring at him for the longest time that he waves his hands in my face to break me from my daydreaming state.
”I'm so sorry. Are you okay?” I asked. ”You good Lil Mama. Are you okay?” he asked. ”Yes, I'm okay. Hmm, I have to go to class before I'm late” I said walking away blushing. ”See you later, Lil Mama,” he said with a sexy smirk on his face.
I walked into Spanish class; I noticed my cousins were laughing, talking, and joking around with the cute guy (I bumped into earlier) and his friends. ”Hey, Caroline. This is Julian, Axel, and Dixon. Guys this is my cousin Carina and Luna” Isabella said. ”Hey,” the guys said in unison. ”What’s up, guys?” I asked. ”Nothing. Just chilling,” they said in unison. Our teacher gave us an assignment. We decided to work on it together as a group.
We finished our assignment with just a few minutes to spare. RING!! RING!! RING!! Finally, we were dismissed by our teacher. We grabbed our things and walked to the parking lot. We decided to exchange numbers with each other. We said our goodbyes and headed for the car.
After I dropped off Isabella and Luna at their house; I headed home. When I opened the front door I was greeted by my brother; Dean. ”What’s up, bro?” I asked. ”Nothing. I'm just here to check up on your guys” he said. ”Ain’t that sweet,” I said while pinching his cheeks.
”How was your first day?” he asked. “It was good, ” I said. I kissed my brother good night and headed to my room to start my homework. When I was done with my showering. I put on my white tank top and black PJ shorts.
I decided to lay on my bed and read my book on Wattpad. Out of nowhere, I get a random
number on my phone. I picked up my iPhone to see who it was texting me. I’m thinking it’s just a wrong number so I replied.
Me💕: Who’s this?
Julian❤️: It’s Julian
Me💕: Oh hey! What’s up?
Julian❤️: Just chilling Lil Mama. You?
Me💕: Nothing just laying down and reading until I fall asleep.
Julian❤️: So...What are you up to this weekend?
Me💕: Nothing much probably hang out with my cousins. You?
Julian❤️: Chilling with my boys.
Me💕: That's wassup.
Julian❤️: Yeah.
Me💕: I'm sorry hun but I'm starting to get tired.
Julian❤️: Alright Lil Mama. Goodnight bae.

After I ended the conversation with Julian I was starting to have these feelings I never experienced before in my life. I was laying down in my bed thinking about Julian. I like him. But, he's a bad boy. Why is he showing me so much attention? I'm not that pretty. I'm fat and disgusting. I was actually shocked when he asked for my number. It's even more shocking that I gave him my number in return. I can't wait to see what's in store for me; regarding my future while I slip into a deep unconsciousness sleep.
