What do you do when you’re not writing?

Most of the time, I’m either studying, on my microscope or taking care of other responsibilities. But I also love reading, swimming, and running.

In Wattpad you mentioned English isn’t your first language, what others can you speak?

4; 3 romance languages fluently, and intermediate-level Mandarin.

Are you into BDSM? How long have you been into it?

I am in the lifestyle. I’ve been in it for more than 8 years.

To tell you the truth, I enjoy my privacy. Probably one day!

Are some parts of yourself included in Estella’s character?

Hah! I think everyone shares some traits with Estella in one way or another. But yes, curiosity gets the better of my common sense... friends will tell you I curse like a sailor at times... need to play a certain part sometimes.... have done my fair share of exploring... pretty analytical... Huh. Yeah, perhaps more parts than I'd willingly admit.

Aaah! This is like asking parents who their favorite child is... I'll get back to you on that.

Will you work on a sequel for Blackwell Academy?

Quite certain I will.

I love this one. Gnocchi (simple, but fucking delicious).

What was your favorite chapter to write?

What a wonderful question! And a difficult one to answer. As of present, I think it must’ve been Midnight Gold.

What is the top thing on your bucket list that you would love to do?

Thank you for such a great question. I’ve never voiced it, but I’d like to publish a book one day.

What happened in Wattpad?

Summarizing, the entirety of Blackwell Academy got deleted without warning, with the (wrong) excuse of it infringing community guidelines. I lost some chapters that were only on Wattpad (quite stupid of me, I know) and edits of others. Thankfully, someone very special helped me retain some of those chapters. I tried reaching out a bunch of times, got no clarifications, just the same automated responses- so here I am!

Where did the inspiration come from to write Blackwell Academy?

The inspiration stemmed from real life experiences. More specifically, a mixture between university, BDSM, and life overall.

Do you wish Blackwell Academy was a real place?

On a BDSM front: there are some settings that resemble it. Depending on the country you live in, there are various clubs/places where you can explore this lifestyle.

Everything else: pleeenty of places are like this to some regard. I can promise you you'll encounter them one way or another.

2025 Addition:

*Drum roll please* Will you ever finish this story?

Yes. Obviously I'm not the XX-year old I was when I started this story and my standards have shifted to higher levels. Yes, I have cringed re-reading some passages. Revisions are constantly being made because perfectionism is a double-edged sword that I wrangle with. Also, might actually formally publish eventually but who knows.

AKA What happened and why this (two year-ish?) wait? Like, damn girl.

Short answer: mental health. I feel weirdly cheesy saying this but yeah. I get it now.

Vague answer: We know bad things happen all the time to everyone. But bad stuff happened in my life, and thus, to me. And I needed to deal with it. Couldn't deal with it quickly unfortunately. Hence the eons.

Even vaguer answer: Truly, if I seem thrilled talking about this, it's entirely the caffeine's fault. *Big self-deprecating sigh* it's been rough. And as a young adult ish navigating this convoluted life alone I needed this time for my wellbeing.

Not-so vague answer: Been through tough ol' times and every attempt I tried writing again, I felt guilt (yes, weird I know but take it as fact). Until I've worked on myself enough (and, dare I say, matured), I couldn't bring myself to get back into this- back into something I love.

Great! Now that that's done and dusted, what will happen now is:

First, I will post my revisions I've done for... legit all my chapters, because good Lord y'all have been super kind for overlooking past mistakes- but it makes me wince re-reading, so.

Second, and you have been officially warned, I am considering this a draft. Thus it won't be perfect, and so you'll see change, add, refine things as I go along. But I decided that's better than NOT bringing y'all along as I continue unfolding this story of mine.

Third, because everything good comes in threes, thank you for your reviews, comments, messages, interactions- all of it. I will sporadically check and reply to comments because they encourage me and give me life.
