I wanted you to stay
She was my best friend,
I never thought it could end.
I flew on eagle's wings,
Whenever we text or ping.
There was nothing we didn't share,
Family problems round the year.
But I wished I gave a listening ear,
To all the unvoiced problems I didn't hear.
Now we're no more near,
Difference between us a class and a year.
I really need you here,
So much that it's not fair.
If I knew there was a fare,
On the bus trip back there.
That would take me around,
And teach me the basics of love bounds.
Then maybe I won't be in this fix,
And I could have done some tactics -
Or got some nice pics,
To remember the good things.
No matter! What I still say,
If I could just go back to that day,
- and take back those words,
That broke our bond.
I really miss you,
It's the plain truth.
But I'm not sure you do for me.
But I still want to say-
