Chapter 1

“Last stop The Lightness Village” -Shout the carriage driver

She had finally arrived, after waiting for the rest of the passengers to leave, Leah grabbed her magic staff and her bag and decided to leave the carriage, then took a deep breath and contemplated the beautiful landscape that was the “The Lightness Village” known as ”The Heroes’ Parade" called like that for being the main stop for all the adventurers of the kingdom.

Regardless of whether you are a novice, a veteran or a legendary adventurer, “The Lightness village” is the point where everyone goes to get the most important missions, rest, get equipment but most important forge alliances or equipment with other adventurers.

Leah took a deep breath and contemplated the beautiful landscape that was the Villa Lightness known as “The Parade of the Heroes” named after be the main stop for all adventurers in the kingdom. Regardless of whether you are a novice, veteran or legendary adventurer, the Lightness village is the point where everyone meets either to achieve the most important missions, rest, get equipment or above all forge alliances or equipment with other adventurers.

“I can’t wait to make friends and companions” Leah thought as she drew a small smile on her face as she remembered even when she was in the magic academy how some teachers told them about their great missions as adventurers and how they forged friendships throughout. her life as adventurers, fighting against bandits, searching for treasures, hunting dangerous creatures or rescuing important people, since she was a child she had a predisposition for adventure but those stories she heard in school completely convinced her to be an adventurer and today she had Arrived at the starting point to live her dream and could not contain the emotion.

"Is something wrong, miss" -Asked the driver as he saw her deep in thought

"Excuse me Sir, I kept thinking, the truth is that she was excited to get here" - Leah said while she smiled embarrassed

"Well, it’s normal I suppose you are a sorceress because of the staff you carry, I should have no problem getting attention quickly, sorcerers are a bit weird lately especially those from Highsford academy"

Someone already mentioned it to me ... wait, Sir how do you know about my academy?” -She asked with surprise since her academy was not exactly something that was public knowledge

“It is not the first time that I’ve transported someone from their academy, the existence of that academy is not exactly secret, but if it is rare to see graduate students, normally they ask to be taken to elven villages for more knowledge, it is rare to see new sorcerers in the village”

"I guess I’m more passionate about adventure and helping others" -She said while she smiled and felt even more proud of her decision

“Then good luck miss , but be careful the equipment of sorceresses is expensive especially those of your academy and although this town is known for the number of heroes that arrive it is also known for another type of “adventurers” that arrive here too, be careful with the people here especially with such pure ideas Miss”-he said with a worried smile

“I can take care of myself but I will still take your kind advice, thanks for the trip” - Leah answered doing a reverence.

The driver smiled back and waved his hand as a sign of farewell as he began to move his carriage, while Leah watched the carriage go away, she couldn’t stop thinking about the advice of the driver about that “another kind of adventurers”, she was wondering what did he mean by that. Anyway, it was too late to turn back or hesitate so Leah set off towards her first stop in the village, The Adventurer’s Guild where she could go to register so she could start doing missions.

Moving through the streets Leah can´t help but to be amazed at the variety of adventurers she saw, giant paladins twice the size of Leah, beautiful elves like in the fairy tales, voluptuous witches with rare staves, warriors with enormous swords and many other races that she couldn’t recognize, everyone talking, laughing, discussing missions, the atmosphere of the village was so pleas….

"HOW ... CAN hic hic YOU NOT SERVE ME ANYMORE? ... DON’T YOU SEE THAT I CAN STILL DRINK? Hic Hic"

It’s not that I can’t serve you more drinks, it’s that you don’t have money for more drinks, miss.

“Why you only care about money hic hic ... you haven’t seen this great and hot body hic hic”

Suddenly Leah’s quiet journey was interrupted when she was passing through a bar and heard an apparent argument between a drunk girl and a bartender, she decided to approach to see what was happening and the strangest thing is that nobody was disturbed for the situation or the noises of the argument only she had gone to approach the window of the bar to see what happened. From the window Leah could see a simple bartender in front of a rather tall, quite attractive young girl with black hair who wore a white and red kimono, similar clothes of those samurais that Leah had heard of and next to her was one of those legendary katanas she had heard of and it was said that they could cut steel like butter.

“Again with that, I am not interested in your body, I will not fall so low miss, if you have no way to pay, I can´t serve you more drinks”

“Ok if you don’t wanna to fall so low ... I will make you a favor and i am gonna to fall really low for both you and me ... hic”

After that for some reason the girl climb on the bartender’s table and knelt in a way that put her butt in front of the bartender, who put his hand on his face apparently as a sign of not knowing what to do or perhaps embarrassment.

“Now that I’ve fallen even lower… hic hic now you can spank me as payment for your Alcohol hic hic… What do you say? each spanking for each coin i have to pay for your alcohol”

the strange samurai said as she moved her butt in a strangely erotic way.

Leah could not believe what she was seeing what she had read and heard about the samurais were about their incredible vows of honor and righteousness although they were known to drink regularly but she did not imagine that it was at these dishonorable levels, but the strangest thing was that around this rare spectacle none of the people present seemed surprised by the situation even the bartender instead of calling the royal guard or someone ...

“Damn she’s drunk again”

“HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA” -Leah scream when she heard someone was behind her

“Ah sorry, I think I scared you I have a habit of not making noise” said the voice behind her that was clearly a girl

Leah turned around and saw the girl was as small as her , with messy short brown hair, she also wore a short kimono something similar of the drunk girl but with long stockings that ended with waraji sandals, although she did not see well the face of the little girl because she was wearing a small mask though she was certainly quite cute, her costume seemed rudimentary for the so-called kunoichis, silent adventurers recognized for doing work and missions without being detected it was not surprising that she took her by surprise.

“Hahaha don’t worry I guess it’s something you can’t avoid ” Leah said with her scared face

“Yes, well, I must bring the boss before this problem get worse” she said before doing a strange fingers position and out of nowhere came a wave of smoke that left nothing, the little kunoichi had disappeared.

“Wow” said Leah amazed she was surprised at what she just witnessed, even though she was a sorceress, something like this was something new for her, she then left behind the strange scene of the weird samurai girl who continued to insist on paying for her drinks with spankings and returned to her way to the guild.

Without less setbacks, Leah reached the large wooden door with the sign above that said “Guild center.” She entered after taking the largest amount of air in her life, as she entered she was impressed at the great room that she saw full of tables occupied by burly warriors, tall wizards with the appearance of sages, beautiful elves with gold-bordered bows and so much more classes and races than she ever imagine seeing in person, the emotion she felt seemed like it was going to inflate her chest at any moment , she crossed the room while listening to whispers about her.

“Wow a sorceress and I had not seen her around here, it is rare to see newbies”

“What a new sorceress and she looks good ...”

“Hey we didn’t need a mage or a sorceress for the next mission”

Leah couldn’t avoid blushing a little for receiving some attention although in the academy she was quite popular, it was fun that strangers gave her some attention but also embarrassing too. When she finally got to the reception table, she had already stopped blushing to introduce herself to the receptionist, a very beautiful young elf as usual with elves with blonde hair that seemed to have its own shine, when the receptionist saw Leah she gave her a smile.

“Welcome to the Guild Center , you are new I guess”

“I would like to register as an adventurer” -Leah said smiling

The receptionist then bent down of her desk and took out a set of papers that looked like registration papers and put them in front of Leah.

“Ok, here are the logs for rookie adventurers once your team leader signs your acceptance to the party you can start doing missions with your team.”

That surprised Leah … Team?

“Team? I can’t start without a team” said Leah with a surprised tone

“For security reasons, the new adventurers needs to start with an initial team to gain experience in a safer way and avoid tragedies” the receptionist started to explain. “After the last war against the armies of the demon king and the orcs we want to avoid the most losses of any kind”

“I understand ...” Leah said with a disappointed tone, that was something that she did not remember, she was in such a hurry to start her life as an adventurer that she had not even asked what the beginning of it should be.

“Excuse me, but these are the protocols, adventurer teams can only be led by adventurers of rank 7 or higher, you can recognize them by the emblem they carry that normally have the number of their rank, the bronze ones are for rank 1 to 2, those of silver are for range 3 to 5, gold are for range 6 to 8 and platinum are for range 9 to 10 ” said the receptionist with a sweet tone “But don’t worry magicians and sorceress are normally in high demand you would get a team really fast”

“Well, I’ll proceed to find a team, thanks for the information” -Leah said in reverence.

“But miss be careful because the group you choose will be permanent until you reach rank 5 or your group leader expels you” -warned the receptionist with a somewhat stern face “That is to prevent bad members from rotating through many teams”

“I don’t think it’s necessary, but thanks for the information” - Leah said with confidence since she was sure that she would forge a great friendship with her group and it would seem strange to even contemplate the possibility of thinking about leaving a group of friends, she practically came out of her graduation hugged by her friends.

As soon as she left the receptionist’s desk Leah was surprised that she was automatically surrounded by quite a few adventurers of all kinds, all consulting about her specialization, types of magic and some even wanted to ask if she had a boyfriend, Leah felt very stunned being surrounded by so many people that she could not even make out what they were saying.

“LEAVE HER ALONE IF SHE IS INTERESTED IN SOMEONE SHE WILL PROBABLY TRY TO APPROACHYOU FIRST” - Shouted the receptionist from her desk with a tone that seemed to be someone else’s and despite being much smaller and less threatening than many of the adventurers a single scream of her’s caused everyone to return to their seats quickly without even thinking about it, leaving Leah alone again , the receptionist gave a wink to her which Leah responded with reverence to before going to a table in the corner to fill out her form.

After filling out her information on the entry forms, Leah left the guild and decided that before looking for a team that seemed to be easier than she imagined, first she must find a place to rest, she opened her bag in search of her purse to start calculating whatever she needed for lodging and food, but she quickly discovered that her purse was missing.

“WHAT?” Leah screamed as she started to think about who could be the person who stole her purse, the only persons who were close to her were the guild adventurers who did not look suspicious and ... the kunoichi she had been closer to her than anyone but it doesn´t matter who was the culprit as she would find the thief soon. Leah began to concentrate and focusing her mana she then grabbed her staff and slammed it to the ground and yelled her spell.

After envoking the words of the spell, a small line of light came out of her staff and was advancing in the direction that would take her to her purse that Leah had enchanted as with all her things to leave a trace in case they were stolen, Leah continued to follow the light that carried her from one side to the other, suddenly the place full of light that was the village was beginning to be a little darker and the trail had taken her to some alleys that looked abandoned that also gave her the impression of being in a completely different place from where she had spent all morning.

Until at last the light stopped in front of a small apparently abandoned warehouse, although there was still some light as if there were people gathered but when Leah was getting closer she felt the air breeze in her face then suddenly she felt a feeling of weakness as her eyes started to fade, suddenly she fall to the ground ... as she lost more and more of her consciousness Leah only managed to hear a small discussion.

“Were we discovered before the mission again?”

“Dammit Takane I told you not to make trouble near the guild”

“Let’s take her inside to mmm ... interrogate her”

Then suddenly Leah’s vision darkened little by little as she saw the legs of 2 people approaching her until her vision vanished completely ...

“I can’t believe it, how did they find out that we took the mission and where we were, you haven’t been spreading things while you were drunk again did you Takane?”

“And you tell me that you are always showing off your missions when you are seducing men and women”

Leah gradually regained consciousness as she listened to what seemed like a discussion, her head still hurt a little, she thought about standing up, but suddenly realized that she could not move freely also she noticed that her hands and arms were behind her back.

“MPHHPHHHHHHH” - Leah tried to scream but she realized that she was gagged and apparently her hands and feet were tied , but for some strange reason she felt she was tied in a strange way with more rope than necessary, especially on her chest what made her flat chest noticeable something that bothered her a little.

She tried to see her situation around she was in front of a campfire where she could see a huge mace and a katana that seemed somehow familiar , in the corner she could see a couple of bags with provisions scattered around, although among those things she could clearly see her small brown bag next to her graduation staff as well as her purse.

“Mpphh mphhh” -she tried to move her head a little to see if she could drop her gag, she also started to test her bindings, but they were too tight even tighter than a normal binding spell, it would take a long time for even a experienced sorceress to get out of this.

“Hey boss apparently she already woke up” -Leah heard a strange familiar voice from the shadows

“Ok then let the interrogation begin” -A samurai came out of the shadows and was the same drunk girl that Leah saw in the morning.

“Don´t start with your nonsense Takane I won´t allow you to treat such an innocent and cute girl in a cruel way” -from the shadows came a tall and thundering brunette who was strangely dressed in a very light way with a silver bikini armor with red edges and some gold protectors -“Then little witch , tell us why you were spying on us.”
