Summary

It can't hurt you if you don't believe... That's what Daniel thought. Now he is running for his life trying to stay one step ahead of a Black Magic wielding witch with a taste for farm boy. Daniel reached up and unbuttoned her leather pants and then hooking his fingers in the sides, slowly slid them down her legs and helped her step out of them. She was wearing a black leather thong that matched the bra she had been wearing earlier. Slowly he slid that down her legs as well. Then pulling her closer he rested his forehead on her abdomen his warm breath fanning the curls between her legs. Daniel could feel her quivering and smiled as he slid a hand up her thigh and cupped her cleft in his hand. Hecate let out a low moan as he nudged her legs further apart. Dipping his head Daniel removed his hand and sliding his hands up to cup her firm butt, he began using his tongue to suckle and stroke her quivering center. Hecate gripped his hair in her fists as she bit her lip and cried out. Wave after wave of pleasure ripped through her. God I could easily fall in love with this man! Gently he nudged her backwards until her knees bumped the edge of the bed and she was forced to sit down. He placed a hand on her abdomen and indicated he wanted her to lie back on the bed. She laid back and then gasped again as he reburied his face between her thighs.

Prologue

Looking back on all that had happened, Daniel was amazed that he and Lauren had survived at all. It was only after several long discussions that lasted late into the night that they agreed not to tell anyone about what happened. Lauren was right when she questioned who would believe them. On the other hand, he really knew nothing about Rue’s past, it is possible that the wrong people would believe and seek retaliation. Daniel looked over at the two other people sleeping in the king size futon, his wife Lauren and his son Luke. Reaching out, he gently touched each one of their sleeping heads. Lauren had her arms wrapped around Luke as if to protect him from the world. Quietly he slid off the bed and made his way to the door. He watched as the light from the hall briefly lit their peaceful features before stepping into the hall and closing the door silently behind him. He went to his study and turned on the tiffany desk lamp. Wondering again if what he was doing was the right thing, he hesitated for only a moment before opening his top drawer and sliding leather bound journal from the drawer. They had agreed not to tell anyone what had happened, not even Luke...at least until he was ready to know. With another glance at the door to the study, he took a pen from the desk and he started to write. This is an accounting that will probably never be believed, I Daniel Everett Warwick of sound mind and body do write this tale. For my own sanity, and for you Luke when you are ready to know, I am writing the truth of what happened to bring both you and Lauren into my life. May God and you forgive me for what I have done; know that I am not the man I once was. This all starts on May 23 2014...
