"This is a pretty unusual story and it was also pretty interesting. It is not only a romance story. On the contrary, it is mysterious from the very beginning and it has a lot of unusual and unpredictable elements. For example, I was pretty surprised when I learned who Chloe actually was. The setting of this story was very delineate appropriate to the story. The author used a lot of words that can be used to make the readers imagined what heppening on the story. And it was clearly stated with the use of creative words. The author used the first person point of view. The genre could also be common for many writter however during this story. And I really like the story, it is because the readers will feel that they are include on the story. The type of point of view fits very well on the story line for you could know what the character is really thinking, this story also has a uniqueness from the other story because this story makes the readers relate. Over all, the story can really feel the readers achieved satisficationand it will mark to their minds and wanted more of it.and I would like to suggest to the author to have an update."

First person is used in the story ,you can easily recognize what the author used.I love the unpredictability ,and also i like how the ordinary everyday elements . I will continue reading for I am interested to know more .All i can say i didnt hate it but seriously this is a kind of good solid work and you should be proud of it. The premise was interesting that is why i started to read.I enjoyed reading the story .To me its seems like the same old romance .I seen a few error but that didn't stop me from reading it."

"So, here's my review of this story. First off, I would like to commend the author for her characters. They are very well thought out and very complex. I enjoyed Kai especially, and I'm glad that you used his perspective for the story. I also liked how you incorporated a gay romance into your story. Even though I'm not gay, your story was a very interesting romance with a twist of the supernatural to it, which made it quite interesting to me! It was certainly a journey for Jude, Kayla, and Kai. I also enjoyed the description used in the story. It was quite a good read if you're into the genre. **Notes for the author are below in the comments."

It reminds me a bit of a series called “Dead like me” and I think that this could also be a great movie or a TV series. I loved the unpredictability of the story and I love how the ordinary, every-day elements were intertwined with the supernatural elements. I also loved the ending; it would be a bit odd if Jude hadn’t lived. I enjoyed reading this story."

A tired premise done as well as can be expected.

"Pretty much sums up how I feel in the title, this sort of premise has been done to do death, no pun intended. But that's no reason not to do it again and try to do a twist on the previous stories. Most stories don't have to be original nor are they when dissected. They just take something old and tired and breath new life into them. Which is what I think you've done here to an extent. To be honest, this isn't my cup of tea, I'm really petty so you put me off in the first paragraph when the main character says 'literally' when they mean 'figuratively'. Just a forced reaction from me to cringe really hard at that, I can't help it haha. Little things like that really set me off, like the characters name 'Kai' just makes me cringe every time I hear it. Don't get me wrong It's well written, there were very mistakes that I saw when reading it but some of the dialogue is a little cringey in my opinion, but I'm not everyone and I don't read romance novels, I'm not the demogrpahic this is aimed at probably the exact opposite. So for that exact reason I cut it a lot of slack. All I can say is I didn't hate it, and honestly that is the highest praise you can get from someone like me, a person that would rather glue golfballs to his eyes than read romance novels. No but seriously, this is good solid work and you should be proud of it and keep it up."

Not my cup of tea

"So, romance books of any sort aren't really my thing. I don't read them, and I have never been a big fan of them. So, that means I am definitely not the person the author had in mind at all when writing this book. So remember that with this review. To me it seems like the same old for romances, even if one of the characters was dead. I just couldn't get in to it. Personally I don't care if something has been done a million times before, its just nothing in this story could get me interested. That said apart from a few minor errors the authors ability seemed good. You (meaning the author) can write. Just the story did not interest me."

"I only read the first chapter. The premise was interesting that is why I started to read but it needs fleshing out. What does Kai look like, how old is he, why was he out at night in the rain. I didn't really like him as a character he didn't pull me in."
