Mirage.

Strobes illuminate the 30 foot tall letters. It’s a behemoth of glass and steel. You stand before the revolving doors to Midtown, USA’s new playground: The Great Mall Mirage, brainchild of Miles Dane, the country’s richest man.

Crowds strain against velvet stanchions, hoping for a glimpse of Miles. He’s due to cut the ribbon. You scan the mob for Jack Hart, your friend. Trouble is, neither Miles for Jack is anywhere in sight.

10 years in the making, this mall promises big surprises. You just didn’t realize they’d be so deadly.
