Summary

Dearest Diary, Allow me to introduce myself, though I scarcely know who I am anymore. Once upon a twilight, I was Willow, a witch with wild red locks and eyes that danced like leaves caught in the wind. But now, I fear I have become something else, something monstrous. Who am I, if not the girl I once was? "Willow," a voice whispers, as soft as silk against my skin. It is my own, yet it is laced with the venomous allure of my vampiric nature. "You are no longer the naive witch who wandered these woods. Embrace your power." But how can I embrace this curse? I long for the simplicity of my former life, of days spent plucking herbs from the damp earth and feeling the sun's warmth upon my face. Now, I am but a creature of shadows, doomed to skulk within the cloak of eternal night. "Am I truly lost?" I write, my pen trembling with uncertainty. "Does the path of salvation lie before me, or am I damned to wander these haunted woods forevermore?" In the depths of my despair, I find solace in you, dear Diary. A confidant to whom I can pour out my tormented thoughts, a mirror in which I can seek my own fractured reflection. "Willow," I repeat, this time with resolve. "I may walk the path of darkness, but I am not without light." Yours in twilight, Willow

Foreword

Foreword

I started this project with a sense of curiosity and wonder, never expecting it to become so grand. I soon realized that Willow’s diary would need more than one book to contain its pages full of recognition, love, pain, and sorrow. Her words are brimming with life; vivid images come alive with each brushstroke over the paper. As we begin our journey in Oakwood, We’ll see the world through Willow’s eyes - an ever-changing landscape of longing and acceptance.

Willow’s diary entries are like vivid snapshots of conversations and memories, each one swirling off the page in a flurry of emotion. When she sat down to write, it almost feels as if her words were alive – each stroke of the pen bringing her thoughts to life with an intensity that surpasses mere dialogue. She seem to speak to her diary as though it were an actual being, pouring out her heart onto the paper without hesitation.

I carefully sifted through Willow’s disorganized collection of notebooks, her handwriting appearing even more chaotic than usual. The pages of her diary were written in no particular order, so I did my best to arrange them sequentially and reconstruct the timeline of events.

Due to my deep respect for her story, I have written out conversations and events as true to her notes as possible. I have tried my hardest to keep the essence and language in its original form.
