The fallen
Adam falls from the hospital building. 5 floors high from the building. A sinful boy whose mental stability is very messed up here flies off the building.
Will any miracle happen even now? Will someone miraculously intervene in his life and save him? Yes, of course... damn this guy has endless luck..
The boy falls with his left hand and the sounds of his left hand breaking and the sound of the phone breaking simultaneously grace the scene.
Jenny quickly gets into the car and heads to the hospital.
Adam is lying on the ground and his left arm is completely broken. This is not a crack. The hand is thrown out and its pain is all over Adam’s body... This was a good sign for Adam not to try any more stupid things.
Adam was soon rushed to the emergency room after Jenny found him and dragged him to the hospital.
Lucy was upset and crying. The old man was already dead, and his mother, Christina, was sitting silently and it seemed that sadness was creeping into her face. Everyone was sad, sad and scared. But there was one person here. Different, Adam, Adam with a broken arm who laughed. The pain in his hand was nothing to him. Laughing as if it was amazingly lifting his mind from the top and making him laugh out of pain so he could focus on the sound of his own laughter and forget the pain.
Adam laughed until they put him to sleep. His bones were brought close to each other and carefully and skill fully wrapped. Adam’s life was not in danger due to the broken arm. But Lucy was still worried, she couldn’t understand what happened, she thought that maybe it was her fault or maybe it was the fault of the old man’s death. Adam’s mother sat quietly in her chamber. Jenny was waiting for Adam to wake up, and during this wait, she did not hide her strange habit of biting her fingers.
It didn’t take long for Adam to wake up and realize where he was and what had happened. Two girls were now sitting in chairs in front of him. One was Lucy, well known to us as his sister. The second is Jenny, an unknown character whose future we already know.
_”I just fell,” said Adam.
_”You fell, did you? You’re an idiot? Think carefully about what you’re doing” Lucy scolded.
_”Um, if you’re tired of the family drama, can I talk to Adam alone?” Jenny’s words came out suddenly.
_”Um. I don’t know. Well. Why not” answered Lucy, and Adam also nodded.
Lucy scolded Adam some more and left the room.
_”What did you want to talk about?” Adam asked.
_” what do you think?”
_” I don’t know, girls are very sensitive when someone tells them I love you. Maybe my dramatic outburst confused you and you wonder what it meant. Did I make a mistake?” Adam said proudly and with a slightly mocking tone.
_”Yes, you were wrong.“_ Jenny replied_ “I’m not against feelings, but I’ve been wondering about you for nothing.”
_”What do you mean by that, I’m not nice enough to be liked by you as a man.” said Adam.
“I don’t mean that”
_” Well damn, I’m tired of talking to you. Can you say it soon?” Adam said in a rough tone.
_”I wonder how it felt!!” The girl asks a question and approaches Adam. - “How did it feel when you held your bloody mother?”
_”What? Sorry?” Adam was surprised and could not analyze what he heard at that moment.
_”That you hear… I wonder how it felt. And how did it happen that your mother was injured like that” Jenny told Adam and played with her own fingers. As if she was very interested in the story and as if she really wanted to hear how a woman stabbed with a knife and why…
_”Are you crazy? What normal person would be interested in something like that.”
_“Which normal would jump off a hospital building.” _Jenny said and smile_ “I’m a writer of some kind. And I want to use your story in a novel.”
_“Hahahahahahaha,”_ laughed Adam_ “do you seriously think it’s normal to ask a question like that or ask someone to remember a moment like that for you?”
_“No, but you don’t seem upset about what happened either... so let me write you. As a character.”
Adam thought for a few seconds after hearing this and then gave the answer to Jenny.
_”Okay, but I will tell you the whole story. And not now, and not in this place...”
An agreement was reached. Adam dialed Jenny’s number into his phone with the initials J. Jenny left the hospital quietly.
Lucy is still confused. Mom still only talks to Lucy, and that happens very rarely. The old man was already buried. Adam’s hand is still wrapped in plaster and these two bones are trying to connect to each other.
