Ammu couldn't hold back her tears,they poured down her face like water from a burst dam, flowing in an unending stream.she couldn't shake off the haunting memory of her fiance Akshay's words, replaying them over and over in.
Her mind during the flashback, each of his words and behaviour towards her deepening the emotional impact.
shaking her hands with an emotional trauma , she questioned her fiance Akshay,"why did you do this to me? How could you betray me? when no one was there for you in your lowest,I stood for you and I gave all my earnings to you but you chose to abuse me.why the hell you showing your gruesome to me?"
Turning his eyes elsewhere, he avoided her gaze,"Ammu,it's different from what you are imaging.Yes i accept that you helped me during my tough times but now ,I am the owner of JK restaurant.How can I marry a girl who looks like a shit?", he screamed on her with tightening her hands.
Ammu's thoughts rewound to the heart-wrenching moment of betrayal."Don't lie ,Akshay.I saw it with my own eyes that you slept with the designer girl".
Akshay with his cruel attitude ,"You are not the women I want to spend my precious dirty nights", he murmured.
She was overwhelmed by the pain of betrayal, she moved towards her bedroom mirror, unable to tolerate the suffering any longer.
"I feel like a dump creature. Look at me Akshay.All my efforts for you is pure and true.I don't meet your designer girlfriend's beauty standards,she confessed ,her voice lowered with nervousness.
He moaned, seemingly indifferent."Ammu, this is not the perfect moment for concerns about apperance".
"But, Akshay, it's consistently been about how things look to you, hasn't it?" she replied, throwing a critical glance at herself.
Akshay disagreed, saying,"You are gone mad and keep your annoying thoughts just with yourself".
"In a world where money and beauty defines a person's worth, I'm lost. I envy those who effortlessly meet these standards", Ammu screamed with pain .
"what hurts me the most is how you treated me with a depth of disrespect and cruelty", her tears streaming down.
He lifted her shoulders with a dirty attitude,"Don't display your drama. I find it too annoying to hear".
"The way you abused me with your degraded words ,it has left deep emotional scars on my heart", she continued, her pain clearly visible.
Ammu's mind returned from the past to the present once again.Yet, despite the heartache, "I had loved him. I believed you could change, that our love could overcome anything", She admitted her thoughts in front of the mirror, and then she smashed the mirror with the flower vase.
with a broken heart, she decided to face him at his girlfriend's birthday party celebration on a luxurious boat.
Approaching the boat, Ammu observed the romantic scene between Akshay and his girlfriend. The rhythmic echoes of their laughter and the joyful dance of celebratory spirits reached her ears. the vibrant festivity, Akshay's face turned red suddenly,not with the joy that surrounded him, but with an unexpected anger, a storm boiling beneath the cheerful surface.
As she neared, her eyes stared at the unsettling scene. The boat, adorned with colorful decorations, became a floating heaven of celebration. Couples rocked to the music, their laughter combining with the soft sound of the water gently hitting the boat.
In this beautiful celebration but stormy scene, Akshay looked at Ammu, and they both realised something was wrong. Even with all the happiness around, Akshay's face quickly showed he was upset. It was like the joyous atmosphere couldn't hide the fact that something had gone wrong.
For Ammu, finding out was really hard. The happy party turned into a place for a big argument. Walking through the people, each step felt so heavy, like carrying the weight of things not said and trust broken.
The boat moved a bit, showing how messed up Ammu felt inside. The ripples in the water seemed like how her emotions were crashing in her heart. Going towards the center of all this emotion, she got ready for the big argument.
Being so close to the truth, with everyone around having fun but hiding the mess inside, Ammu had a tough decision to make. The big argument coming up was a major point in her relationship story, all happening on a boat filled with happiness but hiding the pain underneath.
As soon as Akshay saw Ammu, he grabbed her hand and stood behind her, asking, "What's your problem"?
"You need to choose, Akshay. Give me another chance", she pleaded him with tears.
His answer destroyed all her hopes. "I don't love you, Ammu. I never did", he declared .
He didn't just reject her and he started to abuse her, both verbally and physically."I don't want to see your face ",he warned her with a cruel behaviour.
"I can't take it any longer",she cried, feeling her heart breaking.
The verbal assault continued, each word cutting deeper than the last. "You are pathetic. No one would ever want you."
Akshay's frustration worsened into physical aggression,He slapped her forcefully. "You should have known your place. This is what you get", he said with a harsh stare in his eyes.
In a burst of anger, he pushed her from the boat into the deep, dark waters.
Struggling to stay on the surface, memories flashed before her eyes."I'm drowning, both in the ocean and in my pain," she thought as unconsciousness welcomed her. Her unconscious mind whispered that her life was heading towards an end, twisted in the betrayal she had experienced. The weight of betrayal pressed down on her, overshadowing any sparkle of hope .
There is hope that appeared in the form of a handsome man to rescue her.A strong, rugged warrior with scars on his body. He pulled her to the water's surface, swimming to the shore. Once on dry land, he gently pressed his lips against hers,a soft kiss that seemed to banish not just the water but also any persistent fear.Cupping her face in his hands, he whispered,"DO YOU LOVE ME?"
