A fresh new start?
The house looked like it had been abandoned ages ago. The wood is rotting away, and the windows cracked and falling apart. I pressed my face upto the car window, as i looked at our ‘new house’. Great. Just great. “We’re here!!” dad shouted as he stopped the car infront of the house. “What do you think Lex?” Dad asked, as he ran upto the house and unlocked the door. Well, what do I think? I think that were all exhausted after that across the world plane ride. But i dont say anything to Dad. “I think its pretty cool, it could use some love again, but other then-“ but before i could finish, a group of people came up. “oh my god, hii!!” The girl said, she was dressed up in what was a cheerleading outfit. “Hii! I’m Paige, and this is jason!” She said pointing to the boy with a white beanie on, and ripped jeans and a white top. “Hey..” he said.. “hi! my names lexy and i just moved here from England!”
“Ahh, so your the new girl?” He asks, smiling. I nod, and cant help but smile back. “Well, me and Jason have to go, lexy, buttt, you wanna hang out tomorrow? We can show you around tasmania! If you wanna?” She said eagerly. “Sure!” I said.
